I’m using the template OKR Tracker and modifying it for my team. I’m able to add new records without any trouble, however I can’t figure out how to add new parent “Objectives” for the key results.There is no add button that I can find. Nor can I promote a record to an objective. Is this a feature that is locked?

I need to add an image or video in a cell (in table format) and then replicate that table as a monthly social calendar. Is there any way to do that?Right now, tables can only add text and not videos or images.

How can I see the AI transaction limit so that I can be choiceful as I am evaluating how to use this feature most effectively for my organization? I don’t see a way to identify what the monthly limit is in the FAQs or community forums nor anything in the UI when I go to use the features that shows a count down.The result is, having reached my cap quickly last month, I am a bit gunshy to use it too much this month to just experiment because I want to be able to show this in action to my teams and execs as I learn more about how I can imagine us using it.

Als RE habe ich auf einem Miro-board ein Kanbanboard mit Karten in verschiedenen Status.Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese Karten nach Teams Planner in ein Kanbanboard mit gleichen Status/Buckets zu exportieren?Im Teams Planner kann ich die Aufgaben mit meinem Kalender verknüpfen.Wenn ja wie funktioniert das?  Ich have a Kanbanboard in an Miroboard with Chards in different status. Is there a opportunity to export the cards in an Kanbenvoard to Microsoft Planner with the same Bucket/Status ?How does this work? I hope for Response. Thank youCharly

Are there Rest endpoints available to work with Tables and Documents? i looked at https://developers.miro.com/reference/overview and did not see sections relating to Doc and Table manipulation. I did find I could see an object type “data_table_format” but cannot seem to do anything with it. If this api is not available, is it on the roadmap?THanks

I really need some help since i have my assignment attached to this Miro board and now I keep getting “Board Unavailable” whenever i try to open it, My Uni just migrated from using Miro global to Miro Australia which is why i think this has happened, except this is the only document that has been affected, my older documents i can open up completely fine.Any wisdom or help would be greatly appreciated!

I was using Miro AI to create a 10-year schedule for planning various items. An error occurred midway through. After that, even when I  asked to AI to add some milestones settings to the schedule, AI  generated an object for a different table instead of the schedule, and the original schedule was no longer updated. 

Hey! I have been using miro for diagrams for a long time. Particularly this shapeAs you can see something wrong occured to the formatting. I used it for diagrams about a month ago and it was alright. But now as i open miro all of my diagrams look like this.Now if you create this shape it allows you only a small text in the top part and if you increase its size it becomes covered by empty white space below. Can you please fix this issue?

Hi, BackgroundI am using Jira ‘Planner’ & trying to sync this tool with Jira.  IssueWhen I select the “Sync with Jira” button, I see the below error message.  The impact is that I am not able to sync the Planner tool with Jira, hence I am not able to view Jira cards using the Planner tool.  According to my ‘Apps & Integrations’, it shows Jira is connected to my account. ​​​I have tried disconnecting Jira and then reconnecting Jira again, but it does not fix the issue.Are you able to please help me to understand what I can do to resolve this issue?ThanksCraig

Have you ever wanted to syncronise your Miro widgets so the text, colour or tags remain in sync across your Miro board? Yes? Great, then you take a look at CarbonCopy on the miro marketplace.This version builds on the learnings from the previous version of CarbonCopy.I have isolated the functionality of CarbonCopy from miro’s features. It means a small lag using miro features is removed. CarbonCopy is more closely aligned to miro’s guidelines on apps. Less cost of change for me when miro changes their api in the future. Feedback is integrated inside the app. You can send a message from inside the plugin with your ideas for improvements or bugs you are experiencing.Fancy new feature:It’s now possible to isolate sync’ing at a widget property level. That means you can sync everything on a widget (such as colour and tags) whilst excluding the text which can be unique on each widget. This video gives you a demo on the basics of this feature on a Note widget. Once again, if have missed the memo, please excuse this post and point me in the right direction. I use Miro to teach. Since I found Miro years ago,  I have been using embedded Google Slides presentations (presenting mode, not editing mode) to directly view them from within Miro. About six to eight months ago I cannot do this any longer. Fortunately there is the menu option: Google Docs actions > Go to source URL, which opens the presentation (in presentation mode) in new tab. The share option in the presentation is set to “Anyone with the link.” I have stopped publishing and re-published the presentation. I have removed and reinstalled the Miro app Google Drive to no avail.  What is strange is the message I get from Miro when I try to embed the presenation: “Sorry. The file you have requested does not exist.” However, when I copy the link from the Share options in Google Slides and paste it directly in a Miro board, I have access to the file but in editing mode (which I do not need
