trying to get access to my miro board , i have not added anything on the board and in one night it’s not accessible . things i tried : -incognito mode-clear cache -different browsers - tried on PC and ipad Im able to to access to the tools but not move on the board or see anything in it .could someone help me out figure this out ?

I’m trying to use the Miro MCP to export complex system maps from my AI agent to Miro. The issue is that it always creates maps in the format of flow-chart or mind-map, instead of a proper system map with components, relationships, actors etc. I’ve also tried to use Miro’s AI function but that is also not able to generate these maps. What can be done to resolve this?The alternative is using Kumu which is better but my enterprise account is with Miro so would prefer to use that.

My most important Miro board won’t open - neither in the browser nor in thedesktop app. I already tried clearing the cache and opening it in an incognito window, but nothing helped. My other boards load normally, only this one gets stuck loading. The problem started after I tried copying an HTML code snippet generated by Claude AI into the board. Hi, I created an integration with miro that I just want to use it myself. I don't want to publish it. I have my own git repo and developed a codex skill. I think I had to create a developer team for this, and now I'm dealing with this developer watermark. Is there any way I can get rid of the watermark without having to publish my app? I have a paid plan. I want use Miro to work with my clients and I don't want them to deal with this huge Developer Team Watermark. 

I must be pressed some combo of commands that disconfigured my Text function.I used like 2 mounths without a problem, but someday using it, i tried to type something then textbox became strange… When I start typing, the letters don’t mantain position and only when I finish and click outside of the textbox I can see the full message.When I use Sticky Notes, for example, it write normally. As I type, the all text can be seen, not only last letter typed.The problem is only on Text. I recorded my screen to show better how it is, but I can’t find a way to upload it here :(

Whenever I open a board, it opens this annoying side panel prompting (haha) me to check out Miro’s AI companion tools or whatever. I can close it manually, but doing so every time and having it show up when I really will just close it every time is frustrating and tedious. Other help tickets have resolved a similar issue by clicking the three dots and disabling “run on board start up”, but since I’ve never used Sidekick and never will, I don’t have that option.The panel on the right is the one I’d like to get rid of. I am struggling to understand how to update/refresh Smart Screenshot from Miro that I have embedded into a word Document. I thought this might be a great tool to publish internal SOPs, by designing those The Microsoft marketplace for add-ins mentions “Refresh visuals in one click to keep content aligned with your latest updates”, but I see nowhere to click to do this.On Miro’s website, they mention this:Content embedded through the Miro side panel maintains a connection to the original Miro board. While it doesn't automatically sync, you can refresh the embedded content to ensure it reflects the latest version of your Miro board.https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/28926464707858-Smart-screenshots-for-Microsoft-OfficeYet it does not explain how to refresh the content….Does anyone knows how to do this? Or is this a bit a of a lie, and refreshing means to re-embed each time? In which case, this is hardly a better tool than Sniping tool imo.

Hi - first time dropping a question but this is something thats really causing me issues - in Kanban when not working in cavas, but zoomed in view. If you open the record as a side panel it use to open on the left. and push the board further along so you could see all your columns and still have the side panel out. Its not moved to the right and covers up the end columns - so you have to close the side panel to change any data.Anyway of changing this back? Is there something I can configure?

I have a custom MCP built with a custom Miro app that allows my trained AI to interact with the board and use other relevant information to assist decisions and provide insight. I just saw that my app is no longer working. What happened? What do I need to do to enable the App to connect with my MCP?

We are developing a master roadmap view that spans multiple technical delivery teams. I’d like to know if anyone has a good way of mapping cross team dependencies (not just blockers) within the Miro table, roadmap feature? 

I’ve been trying to import a CSV or Excel workbook, the file has start and end date columns I was wanting to create a timeline in Miro from the import.However, once these columns are in Miro in the table the date data is being imported/recognised as ‘text’, if I edit the field to ‘date’ it then strips all data from the column leaving it blank.I’ve tried importing, copy & pasting, change the date format in the CSV to match what it looks like miro is using i.e. YYYY,MM,DD but nothing seems to work.Any tips on getting this to work?  

I have the pro version of Miro and took months to build out a flow chart or survey mapping out the questions I ask in a sales consultation. However when I gave Claude access in order to build out an app it responded “it's returning 500 unsupported items and no readable content. This typically means the board is built entirely with sticky notes, shapes, and connectors (which is standard for Miro flowcharts), but the MCP reader can only parse Docs, Tables, and text frames.” Where do I go from here? Is there an easy way inside Miro to revise it so Claude can read and understand the flow?

I know there’s a feature to count all the objects on a board, but can this also count objects that are specific to their name/text? I also know that I can achieve this by using the Find option by typing the name/text and will list down all objects with the same name/text.For example, I am using the diagram shapes (Tasks), and I want to capture how many times I used the same task for all my diagrams to help me analyse repeated tasks. Is there a better way to count this?

What is the official status of the Miro MCP? My company does not want to enable it as long as it is in beta, and they reference this post https://developers.miro.com/changelog/its-here-the-miro-mcp-server-is-now-in-public-beta.I cannot find any mention on the documentation that the MCP should be in beta, so I would assume it’s not in beta?

Hi!I would like to add dates and user assignements to specific tasks inside a card. I see that you can add them on the card but I have cards that contain several tasks and I would like to be able to specifically assign each task a date and a team member. Is it possible? Or is there another tool than cards that would allow me to do so? Thanks!

And the errors in dev tools.App’s url https://www.smartfindreplace.com/plugin/index.htmlUpd: Profile settings page >>>>>» I click “Submit your app,” then I briefly see the application submission form for a few milliseconds (less than a second), after which it closes automatically. I remain on the Profile Settings page and see the errors shown in the screenshot.Upd2: I don’t have adblockers; the settings in the browsers allow the necessary actions; I tried in different browsers; I tried in Incognito mode as well. The same result.

hello team may I have different sizes of text in one block?somehow the entire text changes or if I use the separated block then the spacing is very weard and hte separation line can not be moved.  please advice  

Hi Team I am having problems with snapping points. Each block shows the standard 4 points in the middle. But may I set it up this way that i stapps also to a new “anchor point” ?  or junctions? see attached image 

Hello,Can someone please help me understand how to create sections within a space? If the feature has changed, I am looking for any option that provides at least two layers of organization for boards. My organization is using the web version. I have read this page: Spaces – Miro Help Center, which directs you to take the following steps: In the Spaces sidebar, select Create new (+). Select Add section. An untitled section is added to the sidebar. Name your new section, and press Enter.However, I do not see the add section option anywhere in the Spaces sidebar. Thank you in advance,P

Hi Miro Team,We have been using Miro for several years and are very satisfied with how it supports our workflow. Recently, however, we’ve encountered a challenge related to creating presentations.We’re looking for functionality similar to Adobe InDesign, such as the ability to set up master pages and maintain consistent layouts across presentation boards. This type of feature would significantly improve our efficiency and help streamline our production process.We are currently exploring other tools, including Figma, which offers some of these capabilities.
