No create app or create dev team button

In my profile setting i can see a create app button for 1 second and then it disappers, i cant create an app or create a dev team to use rest api. Why is t

hat, tried various methods, nothing works

​@Arkadiy Parovozov Miro moved the app creation entry point to the Developer Platform hub and, honestly, the wording in the screenshot you are show could be much improved (the exact feedback I gave to Miro). If the Your apps page started with the text Your apps have moved to the Developer Hub, that would have caught my attention over the very wordy blurb with a button to Get started (sorry, I was looking for the Create a new app button). 

All of that being said, you should be able to create dev teams and apps from the Miro Developer Platform hub by using the Get started button which should direct you here:
