Hi,I have been using the Miro Free Plan for about five months.What happened today: I was unexpectedly logged out of my account. When I tried to access my boards, the app forced me to create a new account. The new account is empty. All my work from the last five months is completely missing. Please help me restore access to my old account and recover my boards.Thank you.

Hi, I am using the timeline widget and would like to colour the parent record to distinguish them. Like in the template below - how can I do this please?   

I’ve been testing Miro Flow and Sidekicks since day-1 - and while I can envision what I want to do with them (and actually can get working with Claude 4 and GPT-5 outside of Miro), I cant get the output to follow formatting rules.In document outputs, I was not able to get any the possible agents can create a nested bulletpoint list. Hi,I’ve recently noticed a change in the Miro API behavior regarding frames.Until about a week ago, frames created in the UI using the “Mobile”, “Tablet”, or “Desktop” presets were returned from the API as items of type frame. However, since yesterday, these items are no longer returned as frame - instead, the API now returns them as prototyping_screen.There’s no mention of this change in the changelog, and the API documentation for Get items on board still lists the possible item types as:app_card, card, data_table_format, document, embed, frame, image, shape, sticky_note, text, doc_formatwith no reference to prototyping_screen. Could someone from the Miro team confirm whether this change is intentional?Will there be other related changes to item types, and when can we expect the changelog and documentation to be updated?Thanks in advance.

I want to cancel my subscription for the NASA Space Apps Challenge, as I thought it would automatically cancel after a month, and now they are trying to charge me for a month I don't want (the charge was made 2 hours ago).

When embedding a Miro board in presentation mode, only the first slide/frame is displayed.The navigation arrows work (I can click “next”), but the visible content does not change.I tested: Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Incognito mode Clearing cache and cookies Different boards and embed codes The problem persists everywhere. It worked fine until recently, so it seems to be a new bug in the embed viewer.Is this a known issue, or can you help me fix it?

Hello! During my class the Miro page refreshed and ALL my boards were deleted!!! Can someone help me?

I was on a free trial of your service, and I’ve just been notified that I will be charged $40 soon. I have no intention of continuing the subscription and absolutely do not agree to be charged.It is unacceptable that I’m being told I must pay for a full month I will not use, simply to cancel the subscription. I do not wish to use the service any further, and I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately without any charges.Charging users for an entire month after they decide not to continue—especially when no usage will occur—is completely unreasonable. I’m making it clear now: I do not authorize this $40 payment.Please cancel my subscription immediately and ensure I am not charged.

Hi, I used the new slide tool to create a presentation. But I am struggling to understand how I can have elements (like post-it) that participant can interact with. Everything is locked for them. I want the participant to the presentation to be able to drag the post-it from the left over the image of the plate. Thank you for your helpThoma 

Hello Miro-Team!Here’s my question: Is it possible to share a Miro business account so that one time Person-A can be the host of a Meeting with his Miro board and another time Person-B. They would not be active at the same time nor need to collaborate. They should be able to save their boards and go back to them time and time again after repeated sharing of the license owner role. Thanks! Anita

Hey. Please, add one hotkey for the highlighter tool and three hotkey keys for the saved colors. When working from a laptop and a graphics tablet, it is not very convenient to constantly access this toolbar. I want to click once and select it already.

Can it be related to the insufficient permissions?

This morning I cannot load my Miro board, see screenshot below. I tried for an hour now. I have an urgent presentation need to access my board.  

I was wondering, what exactly is supported by the Delete Item API? I’m trying to delete paint items through the API but get a 500 error, so I assume it’s not supported. Is it supported by any of the other delete related APIs?

Hi everyone 👋I’ve developed a custom AI text based chatbot called Rizz AI, which is currently live on my WordPress site.I want to embed or integrate this chatbot inside a Miro board, so users can interact with it during collaborative sessions (for example, as a widget or iFrame inside the board).I’m not sure what the best approach is for this:(1). Can I use an iFrame to display my chatbot from the website directly?(2). Or do I need to build a custom Miro app using the Developer Platform?(3). Are there any known limitations with external scripts or chat widgets inside Miro?If anyone has experience embedding external tools or WordPress-based chatbots into Miro, I’d really appreciate your guidance Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I’ve been working on extracting information from a Miro board and have already managed to automatically extract basic shapes (rectangles, circles, text boxes). However, when Flowchart shapes appear (like Document or Connector), my parser doesn’t recognize them.Is there any recommended way to handle this?Maybe an API or endpoint that returns metadata for these specific shape types?I’d really appreciate your help.Thanks!

Is there any plan for Miro Documents to have a toggle list option like in Notion or Heptabase?Additionally, we’re having issues where documents become huge on the board as you keep adding notes inside them. Is there any plan to make it possible to adjust the size of the Document box? This is making it difficult to edit on the board

Hello Miro Community!Hope I’m not missing something obvious here.  :-P Had high hopes I could configure the Action Shortcut button to generate an image based on stickies within a source frame.  Unfortunately what is generated was completely disconnected to what’s in the frame.  I’ve tried turning the stickies into Text, Jira Cards, a Doc, etc., and none seem to get “picked up” by the AI image generator.  Given the “Source (Optional)” option stays active when you select “Image” in the dropdown above, and frames are your only Source options, what exactly can the AI pull from the Source frame?  Any thoughts?
