Hello Miro Support Team,
I am working on a shared customer Miro board and am unable to tag certain members from their team. When I use the @mention function, their names do not appear in the list.
Could you please help investigate the possible cause and advise how this can be resolved?
For context:

I am able to receive tags from those members, but I am unable to tag them

Other team members can be tagged normally
-
Only specific members are not appearing in the @mention list
