AI background removal won't work

Dear support,
I have Starter Team plan and my AI feature isn't functioning well. 
For a couple of months I'm struggling with background removal. I have all credits availiable. It sometimes takes 10-30 minutes of wait until the pic background is being removed. Sometimes I ends up not having it revoved at all. I really need this feature. Please, contact me and let me know if you can fix this issue.
