Jira ticket for App submission

I submitted a little app I made on 7-Jan for publishing. The App page says I should have received a JIRA ticket to track its progress. But I did not receive any email. I checked my Spam folders too. 

Is there anything that I can do about it? I’m on a free plan.

I can confirm I've received your submission. We are currently working through some internal updates to our marketplace review process and guidelines, so it is taking us longer than usual to process pending submissions.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please confirm which platform you submitted the app through (e.g. Miro Marketplace / Developer Platform)? A screenshot of the submission confirmation page would also be helpful, if you have one.

Once we have that, we can better check what might have happened with the Jira ticket and advise on next steps.

@Tryphaena Jeshuva Titus I went through this too when I submitted MultiFrame to the Miro Marketplace — the Jira was received, but the email never came.
