When i share a board with everyone who has the link and can edit and they are using Miro for the first time, the tour- and to do-menu pops up first. Can i turn that off somewhere that they see directly the board without additional windows popping up?

This is a sore spot for me as I am not paying Miro so that I can be their billboard.
I would suggest that you add your comments/votes to the following wish list idea where I am asking that they get rid of these ads and allow for board-level customizations:
