Hi, I can’t copy/paste items in one of my boards anymore, which I could do before. If I try to paste anything I get the following message: “Copying not allowed from previous source board”.I’m not the owner, but editor of the board and my colleagues, who also are editors still can copy/paste. I don’t have that problem with my other boards in which I’m editor. Does anybody have a solution for this?Thanks! 

Miro seems to maintain all our old employees and associates accounts on their system even though we delete them from our company account. This is an issue for security and clarity in offboarding people. If they used their email and a password to access their account, rather than single sign in/OAuth using Google, they would still have access and not be locked out. Although we will not be paying for them at that point as they are not part of our team account, it is still an issue that they are using the service under our domain. Can anyone help here?

When I work on my boards they consistently have stuttering or freezing issues which prevents me from working for about 4 seconds. I have changed iPads, worked on completely blank boards, reset devices, cleared cookies, etc. Is there anyone on the Miro side of things that could take a look at this? I have had this problem for months and have been consistently told that it’s a problem on my side of things, but at this point I think I have addressed everything.

 Is there a way to increase the font on Cards? There seems to be one font size only when using cards.This means when we Print to PDF to show timelines or roadmaps to our stakeholders (non-miro users) the printed font on the cards is too hard to read (or if we copy and paste into a PowerPoint).

I can see that this requires an upgrade of MIRO so I would like to ask if the STARTER package includes the feature of downloading frames in high quality. Thanks!

I use "Presentation & Diagram Generator by <ShowMe>" from ChatGPT to generate flowcharts. ChatGPT provides a link to transfer the flowchart to Miro. The transfer works fine, but the chart on Miro is not editable. However, I have a paid version of Miro.Miro displays the following message: This board is blocked, because owner’s account is paused

When sharing, client clicks "join activity", Miro says "2 people joined" but their avatar does not show up.

I have been told that I was invited to a Miro board. However, I do not receive the invitation link. The link has been sent to me repeatedly but it never came through. I checked the mail address used by the invitee and also checked my spam folder. The mails with the invitation link just do not show up. What’s wrong?

I have a board consisting of large squares which I’m using as a background to put small squares containing text onto.However, the background squares keep moving to the front, making the squares with text in disappear behind them.I’m the only person with edit rights, and I have checked the board history. Neither me or anyone else is moving these to the front/moving the text squares to the back. It just seems to be doing it by itself.Has anyone seen this before? Can anyone help?For now I’ve made the background squares transparent, but that kinda defeats the object of having them.

Hi!We recently switched to enterprise. I am the company admin, now tasked with cleaning up all the old boards and moving them to the desired teams. However, as im not the owner of all those boards, it's very tedious to move all the boards, since i have to manually assign myself as owner (which is not desirable either, seeing as the previous owner loses ownership), then move the boards one by one.I see that there is not a feature allowing me to move all boards, or become owner of all boards.This seems very weird to me, why do i as company admin not have all the rights that there are? Am i missing something?

Hello, I tried multiple times now on different boards to add a Retro template, different ones in case just one has an issue, but every time I got a notification “Sorry, this didn’t work, Please try again”. I tried multiple times, also refreshed the page, but it’s always the same problem. 

HiHaving read a number of posts re using PowerPoint in Miro, I’d like to confirm something.When you import a PP slide deck into Miro, it creates a ‘stack’ of the slides, and you have to page through them one by one.I’d like to import the slides so that they appear as individual slides, so that people can draw on them.Possible?Thanks

I need to export entire miro board into pdf or jpegs. However, when I export the frame as small/medium/large JPEG it gets saved in the default download folder but nothing happens when I try to export the board as pdf or vector quality (jpeg). Any help will be appreciated

Hi Miro. You have a small typo on your features comparison page. “Occaisonally” this happens to the best of us.  

Manual selection or Auto-detect break all the time in Miro. I need to fix it every minute now. It’s been broken for years, but refreshing page and switching between manual and auto-detect back and and forward kept it working for bit longer than currently.

Hello. Some time ago it was possible to move the text typed on a connecting line along the line. I mean you could choose position of the text due to make all diagram clear and neat. Now I see that the moving handle seems to be gone, and the text is always blocked in the center of the connecting line. It’s quite annoying. Is it possible to return the option? Thanks.
