Miro AI problem

Hello.
I'm writing regarding Miro AI. For about a month or two I've been feeling like something's broken with image generation and background removal.
When I click Miro AI and ask to remove the background, nothing happens. Even after some time has passed.
The same thing applies to image generation, tables, stickers, and other tabs in the Miro AI panel. The only chats that open with Miro AI are about prototypes and slides. All other options are clickable, but when clicked, nothing happens at all.
The image generation features were very useful for teaching. I checked the settings, everything is enabled, and working with Miro AI has never caused any problems before.
Could you please tell me what this issue is and how to fix it?

  2. Try a different browser or incognito/private mode – This helps identify if any browser extensions or settings are interfering.

  3. Update your Miro app (if using desktop or mobile) – Ensure you are on the latest version, as older versions may have bugs affecting AI features.

  4. Disable conflicting extensions – Some ad blockers or privacy extensions may block AI panels from functioning properly.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide:

  • The browser and version or Miro app version you are using

  • A screenshot or screen recording showing the issue when you try to use image generation or background removal

Once we have this information, we can escalate your case to our technical team to investigate further and restore full Miro AI functionality for you.

Sad, but it doesn’t work anyway.

 

I’ve got Opera Version 123.0.5669.47.
I’ve got also a screen recording, but can’t attach it to this message. Video is just about clicking on Miro AI Image Generation and Background removal and nothing happens.
