Hi there,I’ve been using miro for my students for a few years, never had an issue… I use it for collaborative activities in session and offline, providing a shared link to use the boards. I was contacted by a colleague within my institution (there are 2500+, note, this is not an close colleague) who appears to have been charged for ‘my students’ inadvertently logging into her miro.Concerned this may be a data breach? User identities have been shared? I did not know there were individual login charges applicable. is this correct? My ‘shared links’ did actually work, as all my students were in the board on the day. How were they appearing on/in another persons account/boards? To be exact, it appears that mulitple students of mine, from different boards I have used, are appearing on another persons account, how?Any offer of an explanation and how to address the erroneous charge for my colleague, most welcometaDavid

I cannot get anyone from Miro sales to contact me.  At my last company we implemented the enterprise version and trying to get a simple call from sales is beyond frustrating.

Внезапно кодировка с Русского языка в темплейте сломалась, в тексте стикерах и тд все хорошо. Текст копируется и вставляется на русском. Но не внутри темплейта. Ничего не делала, оно просто само внезапно

my russian letters in the Table feature turned into gray line, and i cannot do anything with it. Please help. 

Hello! I’ve encountered an issue with tables in Miro. I created several large tables filled with data in Russian. Today, when I logged in, I saw symbols instead of letters. If I type in English, everything works fine, but when I type in Russian, it immediately turns into symbols. What happened? Will it always be like this, or is this a bug? Since tables are in beta, could this be the reason, or is it something else? Also, this issue appears for everyone, regardless of the device or user. This is really terrible—our entire six-month work plan is now unreadable. 

Before yesterday, I was able to use ctrl and shift in combination with the scroll wheel on my mouse to alternate between zooming and scrolling/panning.Yesterday, that changed and am now no longer able to use those buttons for that purpose.How can I use the scroll wheel on my mouse to scroll/pan instead of zoom now without taking my right hand off of the mouse?The option of using the right mouse button to grab and drag is super slow/clumsy when trying to navigate large boards.

thats at 1% zoom and at 100% i see nothing (I can’t use versions because of the free version). I spent hours and that the screwed version.

I changed my mail address in my profile from. A result of this is that my new mail address is added as a user to all my boards but not with the role Team Admin. This role still is related to my old mail address which I can't use anymore. Result of this is that I can't remove anyone from the list of members. How can this be solved? Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have tried to sync an existing frame to a miro file that I have recently updated and I received the error “"Only date and style changes are allowed for items attached to opaque container"”This message doesn’t mean anything to me

Anyone seen this issue before?: In MIRO online version when I add a new layer everything works as expected but when i try the same in the windows app the new layer dialog box appears for a millisecond then vanishes.If I have the online version open on one screen and the app on the other when I create a layer in the online version it appears in the app version. All the functionality of the new layers work as expected in the app. It’s just annoying that I have to create them online first.ThanksEddie

Hi!I want to use Miro app on Ubuntu 22.04 with Wacom Intuos CTL-4100WL (bluetooth) tablet.All work, but when i switch to pen mode, cursor remain with arrow icon.If i use mouse or touchpad, cursor change to pen icon when chose pen mode.I'm not sure if it's an Ubuntu or Miro issue. If anyone can help, thanks in advance!

I’m facilitating a session with 60 + attendees.I’ve embedded the Miro board into the MS Teams invite.If is select Share board(this is different from sharing a screen as the board is embedded in the invite), include computer sound - I’m still unable to share sound with my attendees.The only workaround seems to be to share a link to the Miro rather than embedding the board, and hope that nobody experiences access issues. (not everyone has a Miro licence, they are given to certain role types only) Anyone else have this issue?

There is a Limit for embed preview thumbnail that are not showing in miro ?I pasted many URL Links that became nice preview thumbnail but recently it doesn’t work anymore, it just paste the URL Link as a text not a preview thumbnail anymore, there is a limit for this feature ? I have to copy/paste images and make text link etc that is heavy and troublesome, do you guys have any solution please ? 

Hello, dear Miro Creators and hi everyone, too! I have a question. I paid for Business Plan for 1 member team last month. That costed €23. Now it shows me that I owe €70. Why did it happen? Why did my plan change? I didn’t change my team size. Now I want to pay for the whole year at once. Am I still going to owe money (these €70) after the payment? Or will this price be included in the payment?Thanks for answer!

Every day it becomes complicating to develop teaching students who live in Ukraine so I do need free subscription if it is still possible. That free access would become a good instrument for effective work, helping with tutoring and creating new ideas for making our online education better. I would be grateful if you could help me with that. We have several boards, today they all vanished. We can see in the profil that there should be 9 boards, 6 of them locked (free). s. Screenshot.Any idea anyone?  

I’m a super casual Miro user. I make a board now and then for inspiration boards for my home projects. I made a new board about a month ago, put a bunch of photos in it (maybe like 30 photos?) from various sources. Board was working just fine for a few weeks but when I loaded it up today, all the photos are now exclamation marks.I’m using Miro via browser.What I’ve tried:clicking on the exclamation mark to see if there’s a refresh (nope) cleared cookies, restarted browser incognito mode different browsers duplicating the boardWould appreciate any help on this matter. I really don’t want to have to remake this board. 

My board has disappeared from the main page and no one can access it. When I use the link, it shows connection failed. 

Hi everyone. I’ve been using an education account for my miro boards.I logged into my account today and suddenly, all of my boards are gone...I am the owner and only member of this account and it was all fine until yesterday. Now, none of my miro boards show up on the home page. Any help?It is important content, since it is all the miro boards I have created over the course of two years during my PhD studies.

Hey everyone I had this Problem on a previous account where it didnt matter much but now I lost a board i really need. Did anone else have that Problem and can i fix it?I had a Miroboard with a partner (board owend by me) but now neither of us can see it anymore. What can I do? Thanks for everyones inputs in advance

Hi everyone, Hope you’re all well.  I really hope someone will be able to help me. I’ve logged on to my account and all of my images are gone.  All of my layouts and images are not there. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get them back?  Has been over 7 months of work with mentors so really hoping it hasn’t just disappeared! Thanks a mil!
