Good morning, I need your help, please. I don't have a paid account. I haven't used miro for months and now that I log into my account, I don't have access to my dashboard. It asks me to request access myself, but I don't get any mail, please. Please help me because all my research from my thesis project is on my board.​​

Hello All,Does anyone here know if there is a limit on number of starred boards in Miro?Scenario:Few boards from licensed user accounts were shared with me for collaboration. I had marked these boards starred to make it easier for me to find and reference them. Lately i have observed that some of them automatically unstar them or even if they are starred they are not listed. Am I missing something here? Is there a limit on number of boards that can be starred or viewed?

“Your browser's zoom level is not set to 100%, which may cause the board to display incorrectly.”This message continues to display at the top of the miro application (--not via the website access--), even after ensuring that my perspective on both my computer and my app are adjusted to full, regular perspective (not zoomed in/out), and even after restarting the app.(Also, I don’t know why I can’t get rid of this designated related topic: “Problems reassigning nodes”, which is from a previous inquiry of mine.)Thanks!DQ

Hi,how can I minimise some of the steps in a brainstorming diagram. e.g. imagine a brainstorming diagram with multipl levels and sublevels, which I would like to minimise/maximise Open/close as required? Thank you

I noticed the application for an interactive board has been updated, it is now 0.7.6.0I can’t use quick sign in from my mobile phoneWhen i use quick sign in from my laptop, instead of displaying the board i want to show, it displays all the “Boards in this team”There doesn’t seem to be a way to get back to the quick sign in screen after the first person has signed inHas anyone else used the new version of the app?

Is it possible to download the board history? 

I have a team member who cannot add to our boards.  I tried to follow a previous similar queries solution, but the options that appear for me are different to the ones suggested ie under Users, when I click the 3 dots next to the user name I do not get the option ‘can edit’, I only get ‘grant team admin’ or ‘delete from team’.  Also in under the Users tab the ‘Board Access’ says 0, even though there are 2 boards.I don’t know if the fact that I use a mac is relevant to the options I get and how to edit permissions.

Getting this error message when I try to copy my slides from one Miro Board to another:“Some objects are on a different server instance and couldn’t be pasted”Basically can’t seem to copy/paste the frames and images (only the text) from one Miro board to another. This is a new issue for me… was there an update I missed or did Miro make an update to code that messed with copy/paste within boards?

Hi, i need you experience on the following:I have a free board plan that I share with my students sending them a link each time is needed.at the end of the lesson i remove them form the users list but I noticed that the link sent previously stays active and let them get in the board. is that possible?I thought that each time i shared a new link was created disabling the old ones.thanks,Viviana :)

when I send an artboard to miro from figma for first time is good but when update artboard in figma and send it again , it past to other side and i must cut it and past in place that i want.

Hey all!Hope you’ve been doing well.We have a few new employees that are about to start and I’m curious if you have any favorite onboarding templates in the Miroverse, or fun ways you’ve used Miro to onboard new employees.I’m looking to be a bit better this go-round on setting expectations for the new employees. We already have a pretty good “handbook” running with all of the log ins and people they’ll meet, but I’m looking for something a bit more tailored to how to onboard someone for a specific role.Curious to hear your thoughts! PS: don’t forget about our first event, getting to know you on Friday at 9am Pacific time!

Our company merged with another company and we created a new domain for the two to be a part of.  How do I update all the users with their new email address?  Company A + Company B = Company C.We have users that have userid@companya and userid@companyb that I want to update with users@companyc.  Since I download all the users in a csv file, can I then upload them back with updated email addresses?  I just didn’t see a way to do that or how to update this without messing up our charges for licenses.

As the whiteboards can become quite big, it is likely that other participants can not see what you are currently drawing on the whiteboard (because out of their screen).It would be nice to have a function that allow to re-center other participants view to your current view (of course after having asked for their permission, for instance “Mr. xxx would like to re-center your whiteboard view, do you agree?”)

I upgraded to Team and now when I try to add projects i’m asked to upgrade.The Support ‘ share your feedback and ask questions’ bubble is not in my drop down menu where the online tutorial says it should be.Please help  

I am new in Miro, but I have been working with other Flowchart creation tools. It is very annoying when you create sequence diagram and you need more space for additional connectors.  So, I was wondering whether it is possible to keep connector in the same position while I scaling the shape.

Hi!  I’m trying to make a small flow chart using shapes and connecting lines.  However, the connecting line isn’t allowing me to add text.  When I click on the line the edit bar pops up, but it won’t add any of the arrows (or other end options) and it won’t give me the ability to add text to the line.  I click on the +T button, but it’s not giving me the ability to add any text.  What am I doing wrong here? 

Hi all, I’m currently using a free plan in Miro with 3 boards I have been using on a daily basis. However, I will be leaving my current company soon so my company account will be deactivated. There’s a lot of information that I’d like the company to keep for knowledge retention purposes rather than just delete the boards after I leave. Is there any way that would enable me to transfer the boards to another account in the company that will be accessible for people having access to the boards already?

My team massively used the Cards Panel to see what cards were we assigned to in a Scrum Board. I just read in this article that it was deprecated - why was this deprecated and is there a workaround/feature that can be used to achieve the same?
