Hi everyone,My employer has an enterprise Miro account and we are all using the tool deliberately.In addition, i’d like to create new personal miro boards to deal with my personal projects (arts, writing, family, career). Is that even possible? how do i create a personal account and where can i access it since i’m logged in under my corporate account? Any help will be appreciatedThank you community!David

I created a board without logging in. It is still in the 7-day period in which I can download it if I sign up, however, whenever I try to sign up to unlock it, I get the sign up page, sign up or in and then I get re-directed back to the sign up to unlock the board tab

Hello,I just installed the Miro app for Zoom, and I cannot create or access existing boards when using the in-Zoom app. I’m using the latest version of Zoom. When I open the app in Zoom and sign in to Miro all I see is a blank white space. Could someone please help me? Thank you!!

I am using Miro as a documentation tool and many times people ask me a question and I have them in the board. I want to be able to send the person not only to the big board by sharing the link, but when I share the link the person will go to the exact spot where they can find that answer. Does anyone know if that’s possible?

So unlike most i want the youtube (until miro has built in video) to paly in a popup not in line when embedding. I was able to get to work but cannot dubplicate, here is the example:The first one plays in a popup like i would like, the others using various iframe leave the inline embeded, how do i get results like the first line so that when hitting play they user gets the popup (ps the wistia embeded video is perfect and wish i could get those setting to youtube)

I have created my first decision tree, and worked out how to set the colours of the connecting lines, but when I change the colour of a line, all the lines connecting subsequent items change to the same colour, which seems completely the wrong thing to do, since they still represent yes or no outcomes of those later decisions.How do I change the colour of the line leading to an item without it changing all the subsequent lines in the diagram?

Is this possible for a restricted user (no edit access, comment only) can join the vote? And can we make the vote not anonymous (we can see who vote what)?

I am trying to understand how to use this with zoom for workshops I am facilitating with a group. 1) For example, what are instructions I can send to participants ahead of time so they are prepared on day of workshop to be able to login? Do they need to have an account setup or can they gain direct access from the link? What is best way to use if we are also working in zoom for presentation sharing and breakout rooms? I hard using phone or ipad are not necessarily ideal for using MIRO. 2) Is there a QR code as opposed to the embedded link? It is very long link. When I tried to press on link in ppt presentation it led me to my entire account which was confusing. Do all participants see all boards? How can you ensure they are brought to only one specific board vs. all my boards? 3) if you are presenting a ppt and want to then screenshare MIRO for group activities what is the best way to n

I have had to make a diagram for uni assessments so I’ve used the free plan, but there is absolutely no option to save my board as an image or a PDF. I need to export it to google docs, which speaking of, it won’t let me export it to google drive way either. I screenshotted it but the quality was so terrible you can’t read anything. Please help!

Hi there, I recently created a new board using Miro’s 2023/2024 calendar template and after editing a little bit (just duplicated the 2023 calendar and created a 6x2 table), it became super slow and unstable (I’m getting a lot off “reconnecting/connection restored” messages). I then decided to delete it and start a new one from scratch, but now it appears to be “locked” somehow. I can’t edit, rename or move it. It only gives me a “sorry, something went wrong” message. trying to delete error messageAlso, all editing tools are missing from the board view. I just can’t to anything with it. missing tools Any tips? Thanks in advance and a great 2023!

Hi Guys, I “urgently” want to upgrade my free account to the consultant plan. So, I click on upgrade, choose the consultant plan, enter my credit card info (automatically detects the correct country), but when I click on “purchase” I get:“Sorry, your payment transaction has failed”When I click again, I get: “Customer create failed” I have tried from different devices, to check if this is somehow device/browser related, and I also purchased another software just to check if this has something to do with my credit card….any Idea on this? Thanks so much!

i love templates. use them all the time. But the problem is that all the links between the various elements in the template need redoing every time - this is a bit time consuming and a bit hit and miss if you miss one! - Anyway of getting them to stay linked would be appreciated.

Если что, я живу в России. Я захожу на доску через сайт. Две недели назад такого не было! 

I am using a paid enterprise account. I have created a project for some study that I am doing and have not shared that with the team. I need to share it as a link to the participants in the course, but when I try and share it, allowing view only, it is requiring a password. How do I share the link to people outside my organisation without a password? I also assume this will only allow access to the shared board and not the wider organisation team?

Please add more fonts and better ones.
