We are hosting sitecore 8.1 in azure web apps. We log the errors on to App Dynamic where the application ticket will auto-created for each error.The problem is that 90% of errors are raised by builtin sitecore piepelines e.g. GeoIP service not setup, session end not setup (due to MongoDB) etc.Is it possible to identify and filter out the errors raised by built in pipelines and events in Sitecore?Thanks.
I had been working on making a “family tree” of sorts to better visually arrange the genetic relations of some falcons, and everything was coming along nicely in Miro, but it seems sometime in the past week or so, all of my 90 degree angles have gone curved, making the tree visually a bit of a sloppy mess. Is there a way to fix this? Did I do something or did something in Miro change? I tried viewing in different browsers and downloading the app, and browsed through some questions and tutorials but haven’t yet found the answer…
I uploaded images to a miro board and they uploaded just fine, but a few days later they appeared like this and I can no longer see or download them. These are the only copies of the images I have as I delete them from my other devices to save on storage space. This is crucial to my work and I have no other way of gaining back these important photos. Please help!
We have three departments that use Miro, thus creating 3 teams. 2 are paid and 1 is free. I made a pitch to our business to upgrade to Business. They did! (Yay!) My assumption was that those existing teams would be able to upgrade at no cost. That doesn’t seem to be the case even though I am now a licensed use and everyone on my team will be as well. However, what I’m finding is that I will need to create projects under the one Company team that is upgraded to Business. Is this correct?Furthermore, does this mean that if everyone in the company (regardless of departments) is under one Team, we can’t break those out into smaller sections or well, teams? Especially if they want to keep their work private. If the later is the case, what is the standard work on how to keep each departments’ work separate? Thank you!
I am trying to copy a frame and it's contents from a board that I have edit access to and all I get is a "!". I am assuming that "!" means there is an error or it will not allow me to do this operation but there is no help for that...just the "!" no indication of what the error is or how to address it.
Dear Community, i am facing a massive loss of pictures taken during a workshop yesterday. Used the app on Iphone for documenting models and put it directly on the board. Looked like, they would have been normally uploaded and appeared on the board. I also rearranged them on the board (using app). But today hardly a third of all pictures is visible on the board (desktop and mobile app). Does anyone have any advice??
How do I open up comments that have been made by teammates on post-it notes? In particular, I have a post-it note like the following: I’ve tried looking at the “Comments” section on Miro, and it’s not there. I cannot seem to be able to just click on the red box to expand the text so I can read it in full. How do I expand it?
Hi,I’m on a paid Consultant account and I am unable to find the new Clustering App. I’ve clicked on “Get more apps”, then searched for the term “Cluster” and all I can see is the screenshot below.I’m the Administrator on the team/Board that I am trying to add this to. Hey all! I’ve noticed this issue in the last two weeks. Gifs with unique names are being disconnected and turned into “image.png”. This has happened twice now. The first time it was noticed was two days after adding the gifs to the file, all the gifs had been changed to “image.png” and were no longer gifs. This happened again today but only 30 minutes after adding a gif (other gifs on the board were not affected). I am adding both gifs I have made, locally from my computer, and gifs from the internet (copy and pasted). It seems that regardless of their location (or even size) this issue is reoccurring. This doesn’t apply to ALL gifs though, gifs in other boards remain gifs for weeks and so far have not disconnected. Does anyone know why this is happening? It’s creating a big issue for our motion designers and clients as we use Miro as our main presentation format in meetings. Thank you!
A colleague invited me to her board as an editor. I have a free account with active boards called Onboarding Squad. When I click the link in the email, I’m directed to my account. I do not have any options to see their team site (Team Chile) nor their board (Onboarding). Any ideas?

Но порядок их создания, естественно коренным образом отличается от вполне линейного порядка в котором они должны демонстрироваться зрителям. Попытался упорядочить через ручное перетаскивание в списке фреймов мышкой. И понял, что не осилю это. Очень тяжело. Посоветуйте, как проще всего можно упорядочить фреймы в списке (расположены у меня они как раз в порядке предполагаемой демонстрации. Слева направо, верху вниз. Спасибо заранее.
Hello Miro Support, Accidently I invited a bunch of people to my MIRO Boards. This cost 699$.I deleted all extra seats, so that I do have to pay 1150$ renewal in february 2023.Now I want to add a person I have deleted before and this would cause costs again - although I have already paid 7 more seats for this Account/ Team. I do not understand why I should pay this (again) - Please tell me why adding a seat I have already paid and owned costs extra after I deleted a user. It seems that we should talk about a payback and than I will add a certain number of seats for this team. (As mentioned, it was an accident that I ordered so many seats) Thanks for letting me know how we can proceed. The timer has moved to the top right of the screen instead of bottom left - WHY ?Bottom left was perfect for those of us using dual screens - who found this timer incredibly useful as an on-screen reminder when overlaying on our primary shared screen when hosting.Now I don’t use the Miro timer anymore and no one asks where they can get one for themselves.Please just leave good enough alone, thank you.-Gary.
Hello, we are working with several people at the same time on one board. When someone navigates, the section changes for some others as well. As a result, you are interrupted in your work and each time you have to look for the part that you just worked on. I am very grateful for a solution.
