Visual roadmap for a qualification process with quality management (QM) standards and controls

Hi Miro community,

 

I want to provide adult pupils  in my course a  process roadmap which visualizes:

 

  • phases and goals of their learning and qualification process
  • stakeholders in their future working environment to work with
  • roles of the stakeholders 
  • legal rules and quality management controls in their future working environment

The heart of my whiteboard will be a swimlane diagramm.

Any similar solutions or visions already in the community?

The swimlane diagramm didn’t fit to complexity.

Therefore I structured the system with sticky notes and visualized these levels  and their topics:

 

process

events

rules

stakeholders

legal basis

You are right. There a lot of templates if I use keywords in my search like:

stakeholders, management, changemanagement, process.

 

But there are no results if I use:

quality management, compliance, managementsystem. legal

I still have to dig and understand the miro environment + library.

I am happy to be here and will beeb you when I am ready for our videochat.
