Hello.  I used Miro and created a diagram yesterday on my work laptop. Today when I am trying to press on Miro, it loads endlessly and won’t open.

HiTwo weeks ago I discovered that all external guests (20+) were deleted from my Miroboard. And I cannot figure out why this happened and how. Has there been a change in the system? I have NOT deleted all guests and cannot explain or find out what happened.Thanks for your help and hints.Vanessa

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue where the Vimeo videos embed in my Miro boards do not play back any sound - I’ve tested their embed codes using a test site (http://www.csgnetwork.com/htmlcodetest.html) and it works there, so it seems like possible an issue with Miro? Can anyone help?As a side issue, the embedded player also isn’t showing the player controls - related?Thanks!

Hi all. I’ve just created my first board. However, I’m unable to replicate the picture diagram. I’m unsure on how to create the double lined arrow as seen in picture 1 and the container containing BU requirements, REG OBS and Contract OBS. Can someone please advise how to go about it?That’ll be greatly appreciated.  Thank you. 

Anyone else lost the ability to switch teams?The dropdown for Teams only shows one team. I’m in two. I can see evidence of my other team in the admin section, and the boards in the ‘all boards’ view, but the ability to switch has disappeared.Any ideas?

over the past few weeks text boxes are moving on their own/when clicking a mouse elsewhere on the board - its happening for several colleagues - any idea?

I'm just trying to understand the dependency capabilities better. When I click on the dependency tool and get the panel it shows the lines on the canvas. Those feel like I'm the only one seeing them, I'm curious if anyone knows if my collaborators. They're also on the board will see those same lines on the canvas. Also, do they have to be in dependency mode to see them?

Maybe you in your company know who is the account admin, but I don’t. Miro does not provide such an information. We have over 1k people and nobody that I asked so far knows - who is the person responsible for the miro account. I need to ask for some additional application, but I cannot find any contact to anybody that has the power.

Does anyone know of an easy way to migrate to Miro from Klaxoon?The answers around this topic in the docs cover many platforms, but Klaxoon is not one of them.Copy and Paste doesn’t seem to work well at all because the information copied to the clipboard from Klaxoon seems to be plain text, whereas from mural / miro its formatted (html). 

Hey Forum,Since one of the last updates something strange occurs: In 9 of 10 times I’m failing to grab the scrollbar in the boards overview. So in 9 out of 10 times I’m dragging the entire Window instead of the scrollbar.The scrollbar seams to have gotten too thin to drag. I’m working with a Wacom board so there is no scrolling wheal. 👉 Is there a way to make the scrollbar more usable again and set it back to apple’s defaults? This is not usable for me. Thanks for your support.

I am new to Miro and still learning the ins and outs of it, and I think this is a long shot, but is there a way to link objects so that when you change the text of one object it would automatically change the text in any linked object? Sort of like having different excel cells contain the same value. Appreciate and feedback.

 My Miro boards have been stuck on the loading screen for the past few days. I've managed to log in a few times by logging out and back in, but it's completely random. Otherwise, all I can see is the loading screen. I've tried clearing my cache and cookies, using incognito mode, and even trying a different browser, but the problem persists. I'm looking for advice on how to fix this

Hi everyone, Accidentally I`ve been deleted the board  which I would like to get back, and here is the problem there is no such board in the trash, whatsoever and also the link is not working, It telling me that the board doesn`t exist, well I really could use some help with that. I have only delated it yesterday so it should keep it within 30 days am I right ?  

Hi, I’m on free plan, but some time ago Miro gave me an extra personal board as a gift. I don’t really need it, but I cannot delete it, there’s no such button. A couple of days ago I received a notification that this board will become public in a few days and then one of my other booards, which I do need, will become inactive. What can I do to prevent it? Will I be able to delete the private board when it becomes public? Thank you in advance!

Hi, is there a way for me to resize multiple shapes to the same size? We didn’t think through our process thoroughly enough at the start, and now have 1000+ shapes that need to be resized to the same size for clarity.  If there is no feature for it, is there a way to script it? I’ve done similar scripts for illustrator but don’t know how I would go about running them within Miro.

However, after rejoining the team as a viewer, I'm unable to edit the board. Dear Miro Community, is there any option of autocomplete text in Miro? Or some tool that predict text I type and sudgest next word? It would safe a lot of time for my me for text typing, becouse very often I use same words and sentences. I need it primarly for russian language. 

Miroでマインドマップを作るときに、日本語を入力して文字変換をしてEnterキーを押すと、勝手に新しいノードが作られてしまいます。例：「あか」と入力変換候補の「赤」を選ぶEnterを押して変換を確定しようとすると、新しいノードが追加される。しかもその中には「赤」という文字が勝手に入力済み。 本来は漢字の変換を確定させて、1つ目のノードの文章をまだ書き続けたいのですが、新しいノードに移動してしまうので、いったん戻って編集しないといけないので、とても不便です。みなさんはどのように日本語のEnterで新しいノードが発生する問題を解決していますか？
