Restrict download / board export for guest editors / workshop participants

Hello all, 

I am new to Miro and got a workshop with externals tomorrow. 

Is it possible to restrict or remove the broad download /export function for any external, please? 

Thanks for any advise or the practicalities here of getting external workshop participants invovled.

    If you mean PDF or CSV exports, this looks like it is a design feature so you may want to add a wish list topic here (https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32) to add this capability for consideration.

    Hey @Sebastian Weise,

    Important update of the anonymous Guest Editors feature. Now Guest Editors cannot:

    • lock or unlock objects on boards

    • save boards to Google Drive, as template, image, .csv, or .pdf

    • download board backup

    • embed boards

    • attach boards to Jira issues
