I have an engineering review in Miro.  I have stickies indicating certain details I do not want to reveal yet.  I wish I had an eyeball to turn on/off like in a layers list.

Was it helpful?

Hi @Marianne , are you familiar with the hide hiding/show frame toggle? You could add the sticky notes that you want to hide to frames and then reveal them whenever they become relevant. This article explains how it works. https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018261813-Frames

@Fabian Strunden Would be nice if you have an easy way which everybody directly understands and which is usable in collaborative sessions like scrum retros.

So a “hidden sticky note” which has it texr hidden from all until the moderator reveals all notes at once to all viewers.

I would definitely love a show/hide button for shapes, text boxes, annotations… + an opacity bar on pictures. I am a teacher and I have used ActivInspire for several years. I like using Miro to teach but some tools are missing to make it great.

When I use MIRO for team feedback, or brainstorming in general, I find it super useful to keep the sticky notes of each participant hidden for a certain period of time. An example of how this can be done is https://retrotool.io/. I really prefer to use it because it doesn't show what others are writing while we are in a working session, to avoid bias.

@William David Guerra Perez/all: Miro has a sticky note “private mode”. You can read more about this here:
