When sharing, client clicks "join activity", Miro says "2 people joined" but their avatar does not show up.

Thanks for reaching out! If the client joins the activity but their avatar doesn’t appear, here are some things to check:
- Refresh the board—sometimes avatars take a moment to load.
- Confirm browser compatibility—ensure they’re using a supported browser and have no extensions blocking Miro.
- Test in incognito mode or another browser to see if the issue persists.
- Check if the issue persist if you invite the user on another board
