One of my students is having trouble entering any text in our board. She can access the text boxes and type one letter, but then the text box closes without retaining her typing. This happens with all text - in frames, sticky notes, text, and comments. Any suggests are welcome!

Can the student confirm that she is using a supported browser or other method of accessing Miro? Can she try using an alternate access method such as the Miro desktop app?
