Drag, Drop and Delete

Are you the board owner? Are you able to duplicate or copy & paste the stories (I’m assuming you are using cards or the Kanban board object)?

@Kelly Tresslar - If these stories, i.e., Cards, are in either a User Story Mapping or Kanban framework, this is a common issue - it happened to me just last week while creating a number of Cards in a Kanban framework.

To resolve this, I have ended up having to complete a number of steps, not all of which are always required, but I can never remember what exactly fixes it:

1. clear my browser cache
2. sign out and back into my account
3. close and reopen the browser
4. if using the desktop app, reset the application data
