@Milena Monssen -

Take a look at this Help Center article which covers the procedures for restoring deleted content: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019838260

@Milena Monssen -

Unfortunately if you can’t restore the content that way and you don’t have a downloaded backup of the board, then your only option would be to contact Miro support here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Out of curiosity, what happens if you press Ctrl/Cmd+A to select all? If there is something on the board, and it is just really small and far off on the canvas, it should be selected and come into view.

If that does nothing, there could still be objects on the board, but they could be locked. So, you could right-click on the board and select “Unlock all” and then try Ctrl/Cmd+A again. Or, you could right-click on the board and select “Show all” which should bring any (even locked) objects into view.

Hi Robert,

We tried to zoom all before, but it didn’t help.

So, when I “select all”, nothing happens.

If I try to unlock all, it says “there’s nothing to unlock.”  :triumph:

But thanks for helping, anyway! It seems our board has a major bug…
