Orientation of text

Hi Community,

I would like to put in text boxes on Miro where the orientation of the text is not left to right but from up to down in a vertical style. The reason for this is I want to group some boxes together and to do so having vertical text takes up a lot less room. Hopefully you understand what I mean and can advice me on how to do this in Miro.

Looking forward to responses,

Best, Beth

@Betheney Wills - Miro recently made changes to the Text object which may have broken this - the changes were noted on their official changelog:

One change was to remove paddings - notice no padding on the left when left-aligned:

However, I was just able to force padding by accident - I was clicking-and-dragging/resizing etc.:

I can make the padded one vertical, but not the unpadded one:

And even if you can get the text to go vertical, t may not respect spaces:

Conclusion: The Text object could use some more work.
