Problems with Video chat - students enter and the video goes fine but we can not listen to any of them

Hello, 

some week now we are experiencing problems with the Video chat functionality. Students enter and the video goes fine but we can not listen to any of them through the video-chat. 

Some weeks ago we also had the same problem. 

Are you experiencing it?

I read that some months ago this problem was also there. 

Could you help me?
