Can't join an already existing team domain.

When signing in I am asked to create a team, but my colleagues on the same domain already did, so I should just be able to join a team. I do not find a way to pass the screen without creating a double team as in the image below.

Hi Siemon,

The option to join a team your colleagues have already setup will depend on how that teams permissions have been configured. They would need to make the team discoverable and open to anyone with a certain domain (same as ticking the “anyone with domain can join” checkbox on your screenshot). It also depends on what Miro plan the team is setup in. If its an Enterprise plan, they would need to enable domain control with auto capture or Just in Time provisioning.

In any case i think the easiest way for you to join the team your colleagues have setup is to have someone on that team send you an invite. That way when you create you Miro account you would be placed into that team.

Kind Regards,
Johnny

@Siemon Kustermans - As @Johnny Tu pointed out, your ability to see (and join) other teams set up by your colleagues would depend on the Team signup mode permissions.

You could continue with creating your own team space (unchecking the “Anyone at henco.be domain can join” being optional, but uncheck if you want to have your own team space). The benefit of creating your own team space is that you could have your own team to create a few boards. Then, as Siemon suggested, just ask your collages to invite you to their teams.
