Recently, some people are unable to access my boards as visitors. I’ve never had this issue before and it has been happening more in recent months (been using Miro for years now). This is the permissions for a recent board where a visitor could not access. Please help - I use these for many situations where visitors need to see the board.

It is most likely that Miro is using some acquisition/marketing wording that is leading some users to believe they need to create an account, or prompting them with a “request to join the team”, but they should not be blocked. You could test this yourself by using an incognito browser window.
I would also suggest that you ask a participant to send you a screenshot of what they are seeing.
