Don't get 'Starter' option when trying to upgrade from Business

Hello,

I am on the Business plan currently and would love to upgrade to the Started plan. However, I don't have a button to choose the Starter plan.

I see only the possibility to continue with the Business.

Could you help me with the right steps?

@TashaYadrentseva - To be clear, the Starter Plan is a less expensive, lower-tier plan with less features, so you will be downgrading.
