Is the restore functionality available to a free account?

Hi @Judy Chen,

On the free plan, if you deleted the board, you will need the board URL to restore it.

In your web browser, start typing the name of your board in the address bar, and the link should show up. It will show a window with a message saying the board was deleted, and there will be a link to restore the board.

Click that link, and the board should be back in your Dashboard!

If you were using the Miro app or simply do not have the board URL, you will need to reach out to support@miro.com with the board name and when it was deleted so that they can restore it for you on their side.

I hope that helps!
