Present slides for everyone

Hi Community,

during a virtual meeting I do not want to share my screen via a collaboration tool and let every participant use the MIRO-Board instead. However, while presenting embedded PDF-Slides and hopping through the slides, the slides won’t change for the other participants.

  • Is this ordinary behavior of the tool?
  • What is the solution approach for presenting ppt/pdf (etc.) and let all participants see when I move forward in the slidedeck?

Hi @CLVO,

Thanks for asking! It’s expected that while you are turning pages of uploaded PDF other users on the board don’t see any changes.

 

What you can do is to extract all the pages/slides and then follow a classic presentation process.
