Sort boards in the dashboard by Project

My company’s Miro account has a number of boards that currently do not live in a project. It would be really helpful to be able to sort boards in the dashboard view by Project so that any homeless boards can be easily identified. Currently, we can only sort by Last modified; Last opened; Alphabetically or Last created.

Was it helpful?

@Margie Iliescu Maybe I misunderstand, but I'm not sure that would make a lot of sense since there already is a Projects filtering? 🤔 And what would happen if you are in a project and try to sort on projects? The idea with sorting options is that they're supposed to be generic and not act as filters.

How about adding an Unsorted filter instead, where all boards that doesn't belong to a project would end up?

Hi @Henrik Ståhl  - Yes an Unsorted filter is exactly what I’m after! When i mentioned the dashboard, i meant the spot where you can see all “Boards in this team”, i basically want to be able to find all boards that aren't in a project easily, rather than scrolling through a list of hundreds of boards!

Not to mention when you have multiple guests with access to a number of boards in different projects. The guest should be able to sort the boards by project, even though they don’t have access to anything else in the project.
