Hide documents following a node

Hi. I am making a larger mind map and want to add dokuments to “nodes”. My problem is when I collapse a node on a higher level, the document do not disapear with the rest. How can I make the file hidden when I close level 1?

    When you say “attach” documents, how are you doing this as mindmap nodes are just text? Are you uploading a document and trying to group it with the child node?

    yes Kiron, just as the pictures show, I want to add a pdf or word and connect it to a node,
