Several members of our team get multiple email’s per week asking for feedback from different folks at Miro.
I’ve already had a conversation with one of their account people to talk about plan. Talked to another letting them know I’ve already had that conversation as well.
But the emails keep coming to our team members. As part of my responsibilities in my role I understand they would reach out to key people but to reach out to all staff is completely out of control.
I’m posting here because their account managers have been incredible insistent and don’t seem to take no for an answer. Didn’t find another place to provide feedback.
We need the emails to stop.
