[RESOLVED] Some @mentions showing "@[custom]"

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using Miro for years but yesterday my @board wasn’t working. Whilst I wrote and selected @board, when I pressed enter, it displayed “@[custom]”. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks, Narelle

Update from Miro support:

Good news! The issue with the additional padding for the YouTube video and Spotify playlist embeds has been fixed.

@Narelle Pittard - I am seeing the same behaviour and have opened a support ticket. I’ll report back here as I hear from the support team.

@Narelle Pittard - The support team replied that they could not reproduce the issue, and that there were no other reports of it – I once again shared a link to this post.

However, since I opened the ticket, I can not mention [@]board and [@]team and it works as expected.

Can you confirm on your end?
