Getting logged out every 90 mins

I’m being logged out every 90 mins. I’m finding it quite disruptive as I often have multiple miro tabs open for reference.
I wouldn’t really consider the Increase from 30 to 90 mins “good news” :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

It seems a simple thing to be able to fix and return to a more normal session timeout of say 30 days. Is this possible?

I’m assuming you are on an Enterprise plan (based on my review of the Help Center article here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017571454-Session-Idle-Timeout)?

As per the info in this discussion thread (https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/sso-issues-being-made-to-login-every-30-minutes-1870), the Mironeers are looking at potentially making the timeout duration customizable. However, even if they do implement that, your company’s admin would need to be “convinced” to set it to a higher value...
