Locking components as the board owner

Hi there, 

Does anybody know if there is a way for the board owner to lock objects down, like templates or structured work spaces, so that editors are able to add content on top but not unlock or move the template?
Is there such a thing as a ‘master lock’? That level of control would be so helpful in running workshops with a high number of participants.
