We have created a shared template with our company brand, style etc. When using the template I get a first set of slides on the board to work with, however, when hovering on the (+) sign next to a slide, or between two slides, I only find a Miro preset slide menu. How do I make our branded templates show up there to quickly build my presentation?

When in or out of focus mode for a timeline. There is no ability to scroll left/right, up/down. So I am unable to view anything more than the default view. 

Since yesterday I am getting some kind of bug with text inside sticky notes and shapes. Miro is cutting off the lower half of every text line, even text that is not at the bottom of the sticky notes/ shape. Please see image below for example.Text is also behaving really strangely inside shapes/ sticky notes/ text boxes - when I double click to edit the text, it goes up a few sizes and goes off the bottom of the shape/ box/ sticky note. It seems to be an issue with auto-resizing. Can someone please help? Thank you. 

During my coaching sessions, I usually create a mind map by typing on a keyboard. However, I find that this prevents me from fully concentrating on the coaching itself. I was thinking how wonderful it would be if a mind map could be created in real-time based on what the client is saying. Is there any way to make this possible

I set up a voting session and started it.All the people that were supposed to vote say they did vote, but Miro says only 13 people have voted. It should be 16. When I expand to see the names the ones who voted, I can only see my name and one more user. I am wondering how can I see the names of everyone that voted.Even if some guests didn’t add names, shouldn’t they appear in the list as “anonymous voters”?

All other topics seem old. Currently the play button in a presentation does nothing.  

I have shared a Space with another user but when she clicks on he link it just brings her to her own account 

Hello. I am using MIRO board to check vehicles that we’re added, duplicated or deleted. Can you please tell me how to identify who added, deleted or duplicated vehicles in the MIRO board? I am working offline and I can see the names moving around the board but I cannot identify who made the changes. Thank yoou!

Hi everyone,My Miro board turns into a grey screen after a few minutes of not using it. I exit the app, start it again and I can work again. But as soon as I switch to another app and come back a few minutes later there is again a grey screen. Repeat…. Any suggestions?Best,Jan

I can't pay for a monthly subscription by my card. I tried to use 3 different cards and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me, I just want a starter plan, why can't I pay for it?

HiSometimes when I am writing on a board, the pencil suddenly stops writing. Earlier I thought that it was because of the pencil’s low battery because when I took another pencil, I was able to continue writing (maybe the correct term is ‘stylus’ instead of pencil?).But today one of my pupils had the same problem on her iPad. Writing in GoodNotes worked fine though. So we used an alternative for Miro and worked there.  Do you know that problem?

Hi,I would like to make an app based on miro that would be focused on general cabinet design and kitchen design.I need to limit the abilities of miro so it would be easy enogh for carpenters to work with the app.The app is to be marketed seperatly

I made a desktop frame and put it over my board. When I try to delete the frame, it deletes everything inside. I don’t see any way to ungroup everything from the frame. How do I do this without deleting all my work? The stake: it messed up the formatting for my entire board. 

I was able to follow the instructions to import my first chart from LucidCharts but when I went to do another the import button has disappeared. Anyone know a way to get it back? 

The Canvas promotion prevents me to go to my boards. I don’t have a clue how to close it, super inconvenient. How can I get to my work quickly? Please help.(using the windows desktop app)

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing an issue with URL link previews on boards where the titles are being cut off with '...' instead of showing the full title text. This is affecting my workflow since I can't see the complete information at a glance. Its change since MIRO has updated the design elements of the thumbnails. Has anyone found effective workarounds for this? *Not a text box with the URL, I need the visual image.  EXAMPLE:The OLD URL thumbnail looked WAY better. Sharing images below of the OLD url preview first image below VS the new url (second image, you can no longer read the headings)… Really annoying and one o the KEY FEATURES of why I   

Almost daily now when I make edits to my boards, I will create an object, type text, or create a connecting line from one object to another and then the action reverses/deletes as if I never did it. The issue is isolated to the single action I’ve done (i.e. it only deletes the exact 1 last action I did, not undoing multiple actions).A few details:Using a MacBook Pro 2020 with Ventura OS (up to date on version) Using Safari Browser (side note: Is Chrome better for using Miro?) Currently have a paid “Business” account. Is there a chat or contact I should reach out to for this issue? 

Hi all, I created a whiteboard wihout having signed up, i’ve come back to it and it says:  This board is lockedBoards created with Miro Lite are available for 1 week. Yours will be deleted in 4 days. Sign up for free to unlock it. I have signed up, but I cannot find it and if I come back to that tab it keeps saying the same thing and does not let me do anything else.  Could someone help me unlock it, please?

I’m stuck on loading screen, can’t access it from multiple browsers and from incognito mode. This is happening for the home screen, I can’t do anything with Miro.It happens also in the desktop app. No errors in the network tab, in console only a few warning logs:What can I do to fix the issue?

Hi, I am using a board for collaboration among students for a course I teach and all of the text on all of the sticky notes on the board has disappeared. I saw a few similar posts online and tried opening the board in a new browser, checking with students if they can see that text (they can’t), reviewing version history, and have yet to find a way to get that text back. It is not limited to one particular cluster of sticky notes - all of them have had their text disappear. I am using an Education Plan for Miro so I cannot contact support directly. Any help will be appreciated! 

Why are the shapes I have entered text into not pulling in when I am exporting to Excel or using AI to create a document. the shapes do not show up as valid objects
