we need to default the view to fit to screen - right now each user has a different view of the board and some are too zoomed in or zoomed outFit to screen is defaulting below 10% - this means any text is too small to be viewed without significant adjustment. Is there a way to make the whiteboard canvas smaller so that we can default to a more natural zoom?
Im embedding videos (via vimeo) and sharing my board (share screen) via Zoom, Teams, Google meets etc. Audio plays back fine locally but recipients dont hear the media. They can hear me but not the sound on the video clips. Is this a setting or permission that needs updating?Anyone else encounter this (was working fine for me until the last week or so). Thanks
Hello community, I'm using MIRO extensively during the past year and never had this issue. One particular board is now uneditable for me. It would not zoom in and out and I cannot select elements on it. The board has appr. 40 members. All of them can access is and work with it, but I cannot. All my other MIRO boards (tried at least 20) are working. I applied all advices: restarted, cleaned browsing history and cookies, used different browsers, uploaded older versions, uploaded back ups - nothing worked. My zoom in/zoom out functionality on this board is not working. And then it goes black. Any other ideas? Oh, and yes, I am a paid user. Many thanks, Boryana
Hello! I see between 20 and 30 students each week. On the AWW app, I had a board for each student and each student had a log-in to AWW. (They did not have to pay to be members.) Once I added them to a board, they had access to that board. I don’t see how to create this on Miro for free. If I become a Consultant, will I be able to invite each student once. I don’t want to have to send a new invite at the time of every session. I would also hope that they can log in at any time, not just when we are working, to review our work. SECOND QUESTION - do the up graded boards have pages or are they infinite planes? I liked the pages because the students could easily find me on the boards. Please advise...and if any of you tutor AP Physics C - I would like to hire you! THank you!
Problem (critical): The refresh artboard button is not working as expected.Try the following:1- Link an XD file to your Miro Board2- Insert 2 different artboard (in the video I did it twice… sorry about that)3- You have now 2 different artboards inside your Miro board. 4- Go to one of them and ask them to replace image - I replace the BLUE with the Red. → Expected outcome: Both images are now linked to the "RED" artboard.5- Go to XD and make any change - In the video I changed the RED and I put a white triangle (the problem manifest even if you don’t change the XD file)6- Update - Nothing happens.7- Refresh both RED artboard in Miro → Expected outcome: Both will show the new version of the RED with the white triangle PROBLEM: The old BLUE that I replaced with the RED reverts to the original BLUE. If I made any replacement like this across many other XD links inside the board, they are gone too.Check the linked video for quick demo.Any ideas why this happen?Check the video on this Loom
Hello :)I understand that the probable answer to this question will be - (a big) NO, since I couldn't find anything online, but still.I work at a workplace with access to only a private network, so my obvious question is if it is possible to have all the back end running on our servers privately. I expect this option to be only available as an interpose solution of course. Thanks,Daniel K
Hey Guys,So I have copy and pasted some keywords from my research tools into Miro. Shows in Miro like this; keywordvolume 6500seo difficulty 43paid difficulty 45 keyword 2 volumeseo…. Now my question. Can I format that into a table or at least the data for each keyword horizontal instead of in a block? Would like to avoid copy and pasting the data for every single one. Thanks!
Is it possible to embed Miro-boards in Microsoft Teams without allowing public link sharing in Miro? I go to my MS Team - click the top right “+”-symbol - Miro - choose a board. Then I see the title “Embed with access settings”, with the message “Public Link Sharing is turned off by the Company Admin”. I know this works if I turn the public link sharing “on”, but my wish is to make this work without enabling public sharing.
Hello. Some users have created new boards in my Account, what have locked my original three boards. Is it possible to remove these users and keep their boards in another account? I expected to use the "Move Account" feature to that, but member says it is not being displayed to here.
Hi,We’re using the “Editable boards for not registered users” as per the docs: here.Following the docs we’re able to get the embed boards to function without having to sign in as desired. However, we’re unsure how to connect multiple users to the same board, or return the same user to a board after leaving and returning. How might we do this? Is there a way to specify the board ID to connect to? Or something along those lines. Obviously for a collaborative tool like miro, it’s quite critical that we have multiple users connect to the same board. It’s mentioned that the boards for anonymous users are destroyed after 24 hours, which to me implies that there must be a way to return to the board. Thank you!
I am trying to use Integromat to move data between Airtable and Miro. The hope is that I can do this without needing to write any code, which would mean my team can also setup their own workflows without needing any code. The idea is to make a Miro board a template and then copy it and put some data into the board at specific locations. My team members would make and modify the template, and I need some way for them to identify where they want what data plugged in. the API requires me to know the precise widget ID of the widget that I want to update. I cannot see the id in the board, and I assume each copy of the template would create a separate widget id so I can’t rely on any particular one.I see that it’s possible to put some metadata on a widget (again programmatically) and then I guess I would list all widgets and filter for those that have the metadata I want.My question is - is there some visual way to change the metadata of the widget from within miro, that I can then use within
Hi all. I am on a free miro account. I have attempted to embed a Miro board into a Qualtrics survey. However, when people attempt to use the survey, the board says “Access Denied”. I have set the board to the most public settings available on the free plan. Is it just not possible to have the board display for view only to everyone?
