How can I create a personal board? Since I was added to a team, I cannot see mu previous boards, and I just can create boards inside the team. Also, if I try to create a new team (just to move to another workspace) but that requires a premium plan. So, since I was added to a team I’ve lost my boards, and cannot figure out how to create a personal draft of something.
HelloWe have recently purchased a Starter license for our business, we regularly run virtual webinars with participants outside of our organisation and I wondered if there is a way guests can access and edit/contribute to boards we provide a link for without having to sign-up for a Miro account?If so, would we need an upgraded license to be able to do this?ThanksCourtney

Hello, I hope someone can help me. Up till now I´ve been a happy user of a free plan. Some days ago I started to have problems - every 2-3 minutes when was trying to text the board just blocked. It keeps happening. I´ve tried different browsers, the problem is not there.What can I do?
I have uploaded a Word file from OneDrive, but the refresh button option doesn’t appear. I have to delete and reupload to see new updates
Having an issue when using the pen tool on the iPad app. When I tap on Pen, the keyboard shortcut for the pen tool comes up and obscures the Erase tool. I would like to either be able to dock the pen tool so the tips aren’t in the way, or to turn them off, neither of which seem to be available today. Or is there another way? Can you kindly help? Thank you.
I do a lot of screen capturing for art direction purposes and want to quickly drop my short 2-10 sec video to the board. My screencapture tool(ShareX) records in mp4 (can be any format) and automatically uploads it to dropbox. When I try to upload it to Miro from dropbox or just by link - it does not work. I have to reupload it to corporate youtube under my google account, make this video private, what until is is converted.. and only then try to embed it to Miro.. Is there a good straightforward way to drop videos to the board? I mean I can start dropbbing 800mb gifs but i’m sure Miro server wont like it. Please allow to embed vids from a link (not upload it but embed)
Hi Miro Community. Has anyone had an issue where a user is editing the text on a board & when they click outside the text box the text reverts to the unedited version... Click back into the box, and the edited version is there.Frustrating at best, and is driving some internal ‘incident’ traffic. Solution that worked for me was to close down the Miro app completely and then reload.
I have created a JIRA Planner board which seems to work well with a scrum boards I’ve tested but when I use a Kanban board, it shows totally wrong information (it shows features from a project that is not even on that board query). Just wondering if there is a limitation regarding types of boards it supports?
We are working with Jira cards, integrating Miro and Jira cloud, using the OAuth 2.0 integration.We have a problem that cards that were converted into jira issues, do not receive any updates from Jira.For example, if I convert a card to a Jira issue, and in Jira I assign the ticket, I will not see that the card is assigned, unless I open the card explicitly. The documentation says it should get updated up to 60 minutes after the change, but this doesn’t seem to work.We are using the Starter kit in Miro.
Hi Guys,No matter what size/type of frame I use under my board, after exporting it into pdf or image I can’t print it out in A3 size. The printer receives the input but no printing. Really annoying and time consuming issue and I unable to fix it. Thank you for any help.Adri
Dear Miro Support Team,I am currently utilizing Miro for managing various projects and often need to search for specific terms within my boards. I am trying to find instances where two separate terms appear in the same board, regardless of their proximity to each other.Could you please inform me if there is a way to perform a search that allows for locating multiple terms independently within the board content? Specifically, I am looking for functionality akin to a boolean "AND" search, where the search results include all entries that contain both terms, not necessarily next to each other.If such a feature is currently not available, could you provide guidance on any potential workarounds or let me know if there are plans to include this feature in future updates?Thank you for your assistance.Best regards,
Hi! We have a license for the iObeya platform and we want to convert our project management boards including schedules to MIRO. Is there a way to do that easier than literally rebuilding everything in MIRO
When I use a stylus, every time after the app opens, I see a tooltip saying, "Just draw. No need to select the pen tool."I've already seen that message a thousand times. I know I can just draw with a black line. However, I almost never use black lines. I prefer using the highlighter and the red pen, but Miro doesn't remember this between app restarts.
I am currently looking into alternatives to Google Jamboards and Miro is currently our top choice but I have a couple of points for clarification: As a training company, we regularly run multiple virtual workshops at the same time which would require external users working on different boards at the same time. Would 1 ‘starter membership’ be enough to work in this way? For example, two live workshops typically have 15 people in each and would be working on two boards at the same time. Is there a way boards can be shared with external users (our participants) in a way that restricts their ability to edit/delete content of the boards e.g. title, description of the activity. Are there any restrictions on Miro boards for users in China?Many thanksCourtney

Hi everyoneDoes anyone know how to migrate a Miro Board _incuding_ its Talktracks from one Miro Subscription (the client’s) to another Miro Subscription (the consultant’s)?Basically, I’ve recently finished developing a proof of concept educational programme for a client using Talktracks as audio walkthroughs on the various topics, and when I exported (from their plan) and imported (into my plan), everything was there except the Talktracks. Given this is it’s main selling point, it’d be great if I could get them too.Any ideas, anyone? Or is this a known limitation at this time and I’ll have to re-do all of the Talktracks on the restored version of the board in my plan?
Hi,I’m trying to create a streamdeck-style custom keyboard with an Arduino as a USB HID device, which issues specific key combinations such as CTRL + 0 to zoom to 100%.Everything is working so far apart from zoom in using CTRL + +. It seems to be intercepted by the browser and performs a browser zoom, despite other variations working as expected:CTRL + -: zooms out Miro board (as expected) -: zooms out Miro board in/out (as expected) CTRL + 0: zooms Miro board to 100% (as expected) CTRL + RIGHT/LEFT/UP/DOWN: scrolls canvas (as expected) MOUSE SCROLL UP/DOWN: zooms in/out at the cursor location (as expected) CTRL + +: zooms the browser window +: does nothingDoes anyone know of a specific key combinations I could use to ensure the browser doesn’t intercept? (I’m working in Microsoft Edge on Windows; I haven’t tried other browsers).Thanks!Matt
Hello, I am creating an organizational chart. I used the ‘Org Chart’ found on the toolbar. There is a box on an arm that I need to be larger (yellow box in image) to have all the text visible. It takes the text but it only shows the clipped text (red box in image). How do I enlarge the box? Thanks,

I can't pay for a monthly subscription by my card. I tried to use 3 different cards and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me, I just want a starter plan, why can't I pay for it?

Hello,I am working for a customer which has its own jira instance and it’s not possible to connect jira to miro and simply use the ‘jira cards’ feature of miro. So I copied and pasted manually some jira tickets to excel and then pasted as data to miro (with the nice features of choosing ‘paste as sticky notes’).As this is a hugh manual effort, maybe somebody knows a workaround which is much faster with less effort? I would be very happy of any hint :)
