Добрый день! Есть небольшая проблема. При несколькократном клике на стикере для редактирования текста включается переводчик. Текст со стикера при этом исчезает, а оказываетя в перводчике. Дико неудобно. С ходу отключение опции не нашел. Поможите.

Hello, I am trying to duplicate/ Copy Paste a mindmap on a same board. I am doing this so that different people can work on the same board. The problem is that when I duplicate the mindmap, it only comes with a few of the panels and objects. I need to duplicate all the mindmap, could someone help me out?

Hi there,I am a (very) new Miro user and was exploring the use of the “Bring everyone to me” function ahead of a team workshop.  Unfortunately it is greyed out, so not able to be used.  Is there a setting I need to change or something else? Thanks!

When importing Excel cells as sticky notes into Miro, is there a way to import cell colours as different sticky note colours? I don’t think there is but it would be a handy feature.

I have been using Miro for several months now. I love the complexity of the boards I can build (and the simple ones too).  But I have found it’s user interface horrible. I often drag things when I want just to change position of what I have on the board. I have difficulty clicking where i can change text or selectin an item to move. I am not a software newbie - but continue to struggle.Maybe I just haven’t slowed down enough.  I was wondering if others had this problem and what I can do about it.

Hi There,I am trying to attach files to my Miro boards from Google “Shared Drive” folders, but Miro does not see the folders within the shared drive, only files in the parent shared drive itself. Is anyone having this problem and have a work around?ThanksPaul.

According to the training vids, i should be able to create a new team on the team page under the consultancy plan.   When i go there, the create a new team tab does not appear?  This product is getting increasingly frustrating to get started on.  I hope it gets better 

We just converted our plan to the consultant plan.  When i converted it a few days ago, i did not enable the day passes.  I am trying to get day passes enabled but i am told i have invalid permissions.  I am the account owner.  I also cannot add a team to the account.  Seems like my account is hosed. or more likely i am clueless as a newbie. 

Hey Guys,  I connected my company google drive to Miro, but I would love to connect a different google account (private / student). How can I switch? Tried reinstalling the app, but I was still auto logged in to the wrong drive and could not find an option to switch between google accounts. Hope you guys can help me :) Best wishes Moritz Posselt

Hi, is it possible to turn off the lasso tool?In a client workshop yesterday a participant managed to accidentally grab dozens of elements and drag them out of main view.  The only way I think they could do that is with the pen / lasso feature…Any advice would be welcome!

Hi - I’ve been using Miro in MS Teams for training workshops - suddenly today when I try to zoom using the scroller on my mouse it won’t zoom but moves up and down the board! I haven’t changed anything -n is there a setting that I need to look at? Help!  Panic over - I found it in settings 

Can a Frame or section of a grid be password protected so changes can only be made by someone who holds the password?  I use Miro for online photography critiques and it has been a bit of a problem as students have inadvertently altered other students work.  It seems that the locking function is not adequate.  If no, is there another way to password protect parts of a board?  Thank you!

I am using MIRO to define requirements. I write the requirement on stickies. Some requirements will be used in multiple places on the board. If I change a requirement then I would like for the other stickies with the same requirement to update automatically. Is that possible?

I’m seeing integrations between Miro and Google Sheets (and Airtable) going one way: Create a row or make a change in Sheets and it triggers an action in Miro, but I’d like to do the opposite. When I make a new card in Miro, I want it to trigger a new row in Google Sheets. Possible?

When I signed up for the Consultant plan i was surprised and disappointed to find i can’t share a board with non-team members to edit, something which i can do in Mind-Mapping software like Coggle.I want to use MIRO to work with Client teams on projects, running collaborative workshops, but i dont want to make them all members of my Team. I also need more than just 1 day passes.Does anyone have any solutions?

HI, I have a problem, I set up two accounts one is free of charge and the other one bought has a plan. I would like to move two boards from the free plan to the paid one how to do it? There is no option to move a table after clicking on three dots.

Hi,I’m using Miro REST API in the form of a sidebar, I’m trying to export data to a external database and would like to mark each dataset with its corresponding miro board ID from the board url like this one for example: https://miro. com/app/board/hereistheboardid/I’m trying to do this by calling window.location.pathname.split('/') from which I then obtain an array of paths in the link. Unfortunately the paths that I get returned back are ones from my server where I keep the code to my miro REST API  Outlined in blue is my sidebar, from which the url path gets returned, but in the red there is underlined the actual window url / location which I believe it should return. Any ideas how to get the miro board URL via my REST API / webplugin?

I’m test-driving Miro to keep my project team aligned on the scope and release planning. The user story mapping looks great for that purpose.However I’d like to add stakeholders/personas to the map. Some of these activities are requested by all stakeholder groups, some are exclusive to singular stakeholders. I remember that in Storiesonboard you had personas as icons above the activities.Is there anything similar in Miro or would I have to draw something up?BestMichael
