Copying + Pasting from 'Source' Boards to Another Board

Hi - 

I am attempting to copy photos + text from one board to another. I am an editor on both boards and permissions have not recently changed. 

I can copy from one board to another, but not vice versa. I am receiving the error below. Any ideas?

@Whitney Livsey - The owner of the board from which you are trying to copy content from will need to allow for this by setting the Board Content Settings.
