I am new to Miro. I am creating my first board not using a template, just basic shapes as text boxes, replicating a board I originally created in Milanote. I am going to be using bullets quite a bit, but the option to add bullets doesn’t appear to be available anywhere. I tried following instructions I found online, but still no bullets. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I’m on free plan. The button used to work and then suddenly it stopped. I thought they just made it a paid feature or something and moved on, but with each time it becomes more and more annoying. What could be the issue? The person is an editor if it matters 

Hello all, I’m confused about the minimum number of registered ’members’ you need to subscribe to the business plan. Am posting the question here b/c miro’s online form doesn’t consider my gmail address to be a ‘business email’ so I can’t even submit an online form. I’m a consultant, and will be using miro to run meetings and workshops for my client. Is a short-term project that will end in Q1 next year.The miro registration page doesn’t let me subscribe unless I have a minimum of 5 ‘members’ which increases the cost. Does anyone know why I can’t subscribe for one member? All of this hassle, just to subscribe to the 14-day trial too!   Thank you! Regards, Dorene

Hey community,I'm experiencing an issue with the Miro API when using the groups endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/groups?limit=50The pagination doesn't seem to work as expected. Instead of navigating to the next page of groups, it redirects me to pagination for items.Is this the expected behavior, or could it be a bug? While launching the Miro app on my iPad I see this page, can’t reach my boards, can’t enter the main menu. The same in Safari. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it. With no success. Please, help me

Hi all, I love the ability to embed and edit draw.io diagrams directly in Miro. This allows us a great deal of interoperability between different tools. I’m experience an issue with this though, which might be related to our setup and configuration, or more simply a little bug, so asking for advice here if others are experiencing the same. Currently when adding an hyperlink in a draw.io diagram on Miro,  this is not rendered in the Miro visualisation of the diagram. I’ve tried using a Text element and adding the hyperlink via the menu, I tried adding the link to a label on a shape or by adding the link directly to a shape, but they all have no effect on the Miro visualisation. The hyperlink is saved in the draw.io diagram and when re-opening the diagram for editing the hyperlinks are shown correctly while in edit mode, but as soon as you “save and close” they are not visible or clickable. Thanks for your help with this!   

Hey community,I have a couple of questions regarding image handling in the Miro API: Differentiating Uploaded vs. Predefined Images Is there a way to distinguish between images I’ve uploaded and those predefined on a board template? Fetching Image Files To fetch the actual JPG of an image, I currently have to follow this three-step process: Step 1: Make a request to fetch items and grab the imageUrl. Step 2: Request the imageUrl to obtain another URL. Step 3: Make a final request to the new URL to fetch the JPG. The URLs include query parameters like Signature and Key-Pair-Id. What is the purpose of these parameters, and is it possible to use them to group predefined images on boards? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

So mainly, I have switched from Business Trial plan to Starters accidentally, I wanted to have no subscription and now Miro platform charges me an annual price, which is not bearable. Additionally, I cannot cancel the subscription on the platform. Whom do I contact to solve this issue? Or if you had similar one ,I would like to hear any feedback! Thanks

Hello Community,I'm currently encountering an issue with rate limiting in Miro’s API, as outlined in their documentation(https://developers.miro.com/reference/rate-limiting).I have an Enterprise account, which provides a limit of 100,000 credits per minute.I’m wondering if there is any way to increase this limit.Specifically:Is this rate limit fixed for the Enterprise plan? Hey! I’ve deleted a user and transferred all of their boards to me. However I can’t see any of the private boards they had. Are they deleted with the user? Can I retrieve them and find them somewhere or are they gone forever?

After opening the boards, the window is closing immediately.How can I solve this problem?We tried to reduce the number of visuals by eliminating half of them, but the problem is still continuing. 

Hey,pretty much as the title says. I bought a paid plan before realizing there is an education plan. I contacted support, they gave me a refund and told me to put in an application for the education plan but I didn’t hear from them in almost a month. I told friend of mine that also uses miro about the education plan (we are both 1st years in uni) and his application got accepted 5 days after submitting it. Am I being ghosted, or did I get rejected?

Hello, please help me remove 52 guests from my free board who are constantly viewing my boards. I'm begging you (my plan is free).

HiWhen I use my own (free) Miro account I have a ‘Stickies Capture’ icon that allows me to import a photo of some post-its and convert them to Miro Stickies. I was doing some work for a client using their Miro board (they have some form of enterprise license I believe as they are a huge company) but I don’t see the ‘Stickies Capture’ icon on their board. Does anyone know why this would be - is it perhaps a configuration setting that my client has chosen not to enable. If I search tools for ‘stickies’ it doesn’t return the option.ThanksGRant 

Hello Community,I have a question regarding the Miro API that I hope someone can help clarify.I've noticed that there seems to be a significant delay between the time I create a board in the Miro web UI and when it becomes accessible via the endpoint `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/`. Can anyone provide insight into the exact time it typically takes for this API, specifically this endpoint, to reflect newly created boards?Additionally, I've encountered a peculiar situation where some freshly created boards are not visible through the `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/` endpoint, yet they can be accessed using `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}` endpoint (with the board ID retrieved from the Miro web UI URL). Can someone explain this inconsistency in visibility?Thank you in advance for your assistance!Best regards,  Vas

Hey Miro, don’t you want students to adopt your tool?When on an Education Plan, it’s not possible anymore to create a board that students can edit during say a workshop. So, as an educator, I can’t let design students learn design thinking methods through hands-on work in Miro anymore 😩But people at Miro, you really want students to adopt your tools. Believe me, they are going to advocate for it at their future workplaces when they get to use it as students.I work within the SaaS business myself, and I think you’ve made a mistaken when doing feature changes in your usage tiers.
