I had chosen the Business Plan free trial and now I am trying to end the subscription overall. I do not want any plans, I just want the free plan. But I cannot find anyway to do that. Can someone please guide me.

Hi to all the miro heros out there!Has anyone had the same issue or an idea what I could do better? I created several frames in a board that has additional content besides the frames. The visual order of the frames is not the same as i want them to ordered while being in presentation mode. I manually reorganized the frames for my needs, but every time I open the board again the order isn’t the same anymore. Is there a way to fix the order or what am I doing wrong? Or in other words is there a logic behind the automatic order of frames in relation to creation time or location of frames in the board? Thx a lot for you ideas,Simon

Hey All!I’m trying to create a story board and want to use stick figures that have easy to move arms & legs.  I know there are vector packs out there, although I’d much rather find an option where we can pivot leg or arm sections at these shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips.Do you know of anything like this which exist for Miro?

Hi, I tried the free version on my phone and have gone to put it on my laptop (because i think it’s a great product) but it doesn’t download. Any tips please?Also Can i use it on multiple devices for example my windows laptop, my ipad and my phone so I can make notes and work wherever I happen to be or can I only sign in on one device? Thanks!

I’ve got a Starter Plan. When a user as a viewer with editor’s rights visits my board, for some of them Pen disappears every time they have to join a board so they have to add it from the list. For most of them Pen is already attached to the toolbar so they don’t have to look for it. However for some even pinning doesn’t help, it still disappears. Different boards, same rights and settings. How to fix it?

My boards were working fine prior to today 11/5/2024. Now when i go to export my boards to PDF it does not show all of the information in the boxes and the boxes are cut off. I have tried the following:Clearing my cache Disable all extensions Restarting my computer Reducing the size to fit zoom 100 percentNothing seems to work. Please help.

Hi!  I go off the grid every Monday and yesterday was my first day to evaluate which apps depend on the cloud.  Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t seem to deal with this scenario very gracefully:   How does Miro support offline use?   I’d like at the very least, be able to view my boards read-only and it would be a bonus to create new boards offline to be uploaded and seen by my team later.

I can’t activate AI credits to remove background from pictures? How can I fix that? 

Hi all,I’m a bit confused about layers. In the tutorials and help menu it shows that there is a layers function, but I can’t find it in my board. Is this an issue with the plan I’m on, is it only a premium feature?Thanks!Amanda

Hi,Is it possible to change the foreground color of wireframe buttons? Now its always white, which isn’t always the best choice. 

I am not able to resize any of my shapes. I can select it, and I see the double arrow to make it larger but when I go to make it bigger or smaller nothing happens. This is a new issue, as I used to be able to. Nothing is locked, I have signed out and back in, cleared cache and nothing is helping. Any ideas?  

I wonder will ai be available on the education plan?

Hi,All of a sudden I am unable to resize, make wider or narrower table objects using the DB Entity Relationship diagram template.  When I select the object and hover over a side line I get the double arrow icon, but the table will not actually resize, it is not locked, I cleared cache and logged in and out and refreshed the board with no luck.  When I try to resize, a blue sizing line shows up underneath the table and also underneath other tables nearby on the diagram that I am not selecting, but the table will not resize.  

Hello, I have been using MIRO for quite a number of years within a university setting and as a result there are many teams with separate accounts. Over the years we have been able to share Miro boards and star them so we get access to the shared board, as I don't need to be a member of another department/team.However, to the main issue, since the major update that has happened recently I am no longer able to see or access any external boards that have been shared with me that I have starred, which is a huge problem as now I have technically lost a lot of work which we’ve been collaborating on.I haven’t been able to find a way through the new dashboard to find any external boards, nor found anything relating to this topic online so if any one can help in pointing me in the right direction would be great. Thank you kindlyChris H

Hi all,I tried to add a guest to a board: when I select the guest, it tells me that the guest has been already invited at 3 boards and this imply that my company must pay for giving him/her unlimited guest links (my company has a business plan).in the help pages I don’t find any information on that.could you please clarify?thanks in advance best regardsSara

Hi, the whole board I used to work in disappeared. I can not find it in dashboard. When I use saved link, it tells me “No access to board - ask the board owner to grand you permission to view this board” even though I am the only one using this board… What should I do? I have requested acccess, but I do not have any clue, who will this request target, as I am the only one who should have any interest in this board.Thank you for any ideas

i have a miro account but when i try to access my miro files it asks me to login. When I log in, it sends me to the login page again. please help my account

Is there a way to transpose objects? I haven’t found any.Currently, I’m using a workaround - cluster objects and then re-arrange these.

Miro’s Estimation app does not work with imported Rally cards. Are there any plans to address this issue? It would be sweet if Estimation worked similarly with Rally cards as it does with Jira cards.
