Our SSo and MFA authenticator is off but one user is kept asked for MFA, how can I turn this off ?

I’d like the data in my Kanban Column to simultaneously appear in a table or visual table. Is there a way to link these two?

Up until now, I could share a board as "anyone with the link" set to "viewer" and anyone with the link could click on the 3 dots -> board -> duplicate.This is now greyed out and says "join team".I want to give anyone with the link the option to duplicate the board and become owner of it.This used to work even on Free plan. Now Im on Starter plan but still does not work.

Someone deleted my tables and my account. We have a big problem. How can I get them back? Who should I contact? I was the person who had the account before. ( admin)

Hi,My Miro Education Plan is expiring, and the renewal link provided to me is unfortunately not working. I am still an eligible student and need to renew my plan. 

I  am trying to import from Smartsheet, which is enabled in Miro, and listed under Apps in Smartsheet settings. When I select ‘all’ to bring my Smartsheet data over, the ‘wheel of (doom) processing’ starts spinning and just never stops; I left it spinning, ran an errand and came back to find it in the same state as when I left. I have cleared my Chrome cache and tried Incognito mode...no joy. Anyone have a similar issue or proposed solution?

Hello,I am able to link my miro boards to the company's azure devops instance and am also able to add cards from existing work items.According to the documentation, the context menu should include the ability to make a sticky into an azure work item. I am not seeing this icon or in the context menu (three dots). I am able to manually create a card using the Azure Card icon.Is there something that I missed, or a setting that i need to ask that the admin's create? 

Why is the scroll on mouse not working for zoom in/out? Will it be fixed soon? Or could my mouse/scroll bar be faulty? Has anyone else experienced this as of late? Just today I think.HELP.

With this new update, how do i download the boards to my computer?

Hi all,we have created an account for our StartUp and bought 3 licences. Additionally we invited a person outside of our team, that already has a complete license for Miro. Unfortunatley Miro is also calling an extra invoice now for the one person from external. In the end i just want to pay for the three of us, that are in our company. Can somebody help me about this? Best regards,Philipp

We have paid a bill for 5 users. I have the bill and I no longer have access. I am the account administrator. We have been using Miro for almost 3 or 4 years. Can you help me regain access? If not, how can I stop the billing?      Someone has entered my account.  HELP

I created a free account to manage some projects my team is working on, and I intentionally did not join the existing Company groups because we are doing internal process management that is temporary and does not involve any other teams. We did not want or need a paid account for this temporary work, so I declined to join existing teams that are doing unrelated work.As I used it, I was really excited about this tool, and was considering how to expand our use of Miro to a more permanent and long-term use with a bunch of our work. I logged in today to find that my account has been co-opted by corporate, and has now been rolled into the corporate account as a “free” (essentially read-only) without my consent and without my knowledge. I can no longer edit, share, or manage any of the work I created!!! Not only is this frustrating to log in and find that somehow my work is now inaccessible, but this also seems like a wild security issue!  Scroll zoom broken on firefox, this happens even if I force mouse mode on in preferences. I tried this on both Mac and WIndows same issue. Tried dumping cookies and private browsing same issue. Also when in mouse mode I see this error in the console: Uncaught ReferenceError: TouchEvent is not defined My guess is there is a bug and the touch event error is breaking the scroll zoom? Broken scroll zoom makes miro almost unusable. I was away last week to login and not be able to zoom this morning, is this a known issue? How else can I report it if not? (On free plan) Thank you

Today I entered Miro and suddenly I couldn’t do anything with my scroll wheel, I have already checked that I am in mouse mode, and I am, so it should zoom in an out, but it doesn’t, I also checked up if the wheel was broken, but it works perfectly fine in other programs, even in other Miro pages like this one.I don’t have a clue of why this would happen suddenly, the only extra info I can provide is that I have a Windows system, I am using Firefox, and I have a Logitech gaming mouse.

Hi, I am using the timeline widget and would like to colour the parent record to distinguish them. Like in the template below - how can I do this please?   

I am trying to purchase the Starter Plan for two users, I can confirm there are only 2 members in the team, but the payment is not getting through, I get the error message Payment method issue. I have cleared the cache, logged out and back in but no change. I have checked with my bank and my card is operational and they don’t see the transaction at all. Please can I get some support? Thank you  

The Miro accessibility page: Overview of Miro Accessibility – Miro Help Center says to email accessibility@miro.com to request a VPAT but that email address is not valid. I get the following error:  Your message wasn't delivered to accessibility@miro.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I’ve been testing Miro Flow and Sidekicks since day-1 - and while I can envision what I want to do with them (and actually can get working with Claude 4 and GPT-5 outside of Miro), I cant get the output to follow formatting rules.In document outputs, I was not able to get any the possible agents can create a nested bulletpoint list. I joined for free and join a team my company had created.I created a board. I then paid for starter and had to create a new team.Now I can’t download or use any of the starter features on the boards I created. It just keeps saying I need to upgrade my account. I have starter and as part of that I was told I’d be able to download high-res PDF.Were the boards created under a different team or something?Are account status based on teams rather than user accounts?How do I download the boards I created if I have paid for the starter pack?So far not the best start with Miro.

This icon keeps appearing on the board. Can not delete it. Can not click on it either. Need to delete it. Can someone suggest what to do. Additional info: I am the board owner

Backup board download limitRight now, Miro limits downloads from backup boards to 1,024 MB. Would it be possible—perhaps via an upgraded plan—to raise that cap to 5 GB+? This would be genuinely essential for my workflow. I’m happy to pay for the upgrade. I use Miro with real enthusiasm; it’s excellent. At the same time, it has the potential to grow beyond a simple whiteboard, and expanding this limit would support that growth.Greets-Patrick
