My tables have stopped loading when I switched from working at home on my own computer to my work laptop in the officeI have tried the following:Restarting PC Hard refreshing the page Clearing my cookies/cache Log out and log in I can still access my boards and the rest of the info on them but I can’t load the tables which have my timelines and strategy breakdown for the year.

An error keeps popping up saying the “This tool is unavailable on the board”. I have previously exported a frame before so i was wondering how i can get that to work now. I am the owner of the board and i have the same plan that i used the last time i exported a frame.

Hi! i need help to recover a miro board. The account that i was used in my university career was deleted. Can i do something? I can use other email but i need the infoo :((Thanks

This may be a Wish List item but surely this has come up before - I can zoom to a selected item using Alt-2, but is it possible to zoom back out just as quickly? Ideally hitting Alt-2 would toggle it back to the previous zoom level, but I can’t find any way to do that and have to resort to using the mouse wheel which is slow and tedious. Using Alt-1 isn’t an option either as it loses the current position and forces more mouse wheeling as well as panning.

heyhey,my worst nightmare is here! i have an important question and really looking forward for someone could help me!i am using miro for a testing purpose. in december i was creating a new board (i know the free version is limited to 3 boards) and used it in a kickoff meeting. the free-settings allowed me to create a new board, all settings were correct and the kickoff went well. all good until here!now, in january, i want to have a look on the board again to check some information- but all is gone. after the first shock i thought there is no problem, because i found the specific board-link i shared with my colleague. but the link want me to ask myself for the access request- but no request was sent to my mailing adress. same with my colleague, who tried the same way, but no mails in our mailboxes.i don´t get it why the link is still vaild but forces me to ask myself for access?! and then nothing will happen. i had a look in the trash bin, but because i didn´t delete anything, the tras

Does anyone know how to delete/remove milestones from this timeline view?  adding is very easy - you just click and a new one appears, but deleting them appears to be impossible?

Hi,   I worked on a project with client, on their paid Miro account, and have downloaded the backup in .rtb file. Now I want to open/import those .rtb files in my free account. How do I do this as pointing to .rtb file on my local drive from ‘upload’ toolbar on left doesn’t work restoring the file. Thanks,   Rehan

For some reason every time I want to login in to Miro it send a login link through my email whereas my colleageus can just login directly using their details. Why do I have this extra step?

Hello,I’ve been trying to integerate my OneDrive data inside Miro BaordI linked my Microsoft Account with miro, also installed onedrive to the features inside the Miro team,i’m getting an error message saying “ please authorize your onedrive account “I tried to uninstal and install the onedrive feature, still getting the same error, tried differant folders inside my onedrive account to make sure there is no issue regarding the files sharing from onedrive.can anyone please advice me how to solve this issue ?  

I can no longer place large SVGs on a miro board. I get the following error:Image upload failedImage was not saved due to bad network connection or server error. Try deleting the image and adding it again. This used to work without problem for over a year but has begun to error in the last few days.If I download a large SVG from a previous board, I can’t upload it to a board successfully either by drag-n-drop or using the ‘upload’ option.

I need to search for the boards owned by a certain person, who is a member of multiple teams. Could I, as an admin with the content management rights, search for the boards across entire organization? Or do I have to join each team the user belongs to, and search in every team separately?

This forum is still using my old email address. My main Miro email address has been up to date for a long time, but this didn’t carry over to the community. Please help me to fix this.

The UPN can not be changed to the baloise.com email domain. Expected behaviour: a deleted account does not count as duplicate and it is possible to reuse UPN’s of deleted accounts.

We would like to update to the new LTS 10.3.2 version. However, the update check has indicated that the plugin is currently not compatible with this version.Will there be an update released to address this?

Hola, no puedo abrir ningun tablero de miro de mi cuenta, en ningun navegador, ni en modo incognito. Desde la app mobile de Miro, lo abre bien, pero no puedo hacerlo desde la version escritorio. La pagina muestra el siguiente error: A alguien mas le ha pasado?

Just to talk. But I didn't like this new Miro version with LINE and SHAPE in the same tool… Before was much better. I could just press 'L' to draw a line a 'S' to draw a shape. Now, when I press 'L' it still allows me to draw a line. But, when a press 'S', it opens the shape toolbox with lines and shapes options and it remember the last draw I did. If it was a line, then, it gives me the line tool instead the shape tool. Please, give me back the 'S'shortcut to draw a shape. 😀

Sometimes I have to use Miro board from mobile app, and it’s critically important to check image names on a board. It works on desktop version when I click on image, but nothing happens on mobile app. thank you for sharing your ideas!
