I was offered a free trial of the Business plan which I took. Now that it’s finished, my boards are locked as my account is paused until I choose a plan. The problem is, when I go to choose a plan, I can’t select the free one - any ideas why or what I should do?

Can I get help with this as well? I have the same problem, it wont allow me to select the free program, and all of our boards are locked. We haven’t gotten our approval from head of office to upgrade until the new year but we still need access to our boards.
