I opened a Miro voting for my colleagues for 48 hours. Is there a way how I as admin can see, if and how many already voted. Before the voting time ends? Happy for an advise. THX. Sabine

We’ve created a paid team and consolidated a couple of free teams onto it, but I can’t find how to delete the workspaces of the old teams. How do I do this? I can see the “delete profile” button but that seems to be cross-team.

Hi all, I really like Miro, and I think it would be the right App for me, but I’m concerned about the future.When I go to a platform I always check for what I call “exit plan”: what if I exited tue platform in tue future?Now, Miro has few exporting options that make us locked in.For example, the mind maps have no outline or OPML options.That is, mind map is very basic about the options.How do you manage it?

I wondering when you guys from Miro would finally fix the performance. I run 64M RAM with iCore 9 and Video Card and it’s still sloppy. I have to keep my boars open (of cause! it would be even more miserable otherwise) but ANY TIME I open a board I see just 60-80% of my content with empty spaces for the rest. I have to zoom in just to find a content. And it’s very annoying and time consuming. ANY TIME…

I’m having an issue where a board we use freezes as soon as I try to zoom. This only happens when using the Miro desktop. It works fine in-browser.It’s also only this one board. Even when that board freezes I can still open other boards and use them fine.The board is very image heavy, but so are the others. We use Miro for design projects and post lots of high resolution imagery.

I am thinking to do an up grade of my account but I would like to know if the prices shown are in dolars or pesos?

Hi I have an corporate account in Miro. This account was fine until last week, but now I can’t connect “Your mail is not associated with the SSO account”. How can I restablish the access to my account?Thanks!David RubioT-Systems

Hi Advice needed I have one user that I have set up with Non Team Member access levels to edit a board and part of the board and Team.  All they can see is a grey screen.  I have removed him re created added different permissions and still just a grey screen.  He has not been set up any differently to others that have had no issues at all. Many ThanksCaroline

If I choose monthly payment, then when can the contract be terminated? Could I cancel every month or is there a minimum term?

I purchased a team plan and would like to add a team member as an editor  to my project. How can I do this? Do I have to pay for another seat?I do not want the team member to have to pay anything for collaborating in the tool. Thank you and best regards Laura

Hello!I use Miro for group work in my university. I have a trouble.I use Miro on my iPad. Sometimes, I cannot write character on sticky note.If I write sentences on sticky note and I tap another space, the sentences are deleted.This trouble is irregular. Please teach me countermeasures.Thank you!

Hi all,I am new at Miro. I downloaded the app (on Mac IOS) and after a test-drive I wanted to upgrade my subscription. However, when I click on the ‘Upgrade’ button (blue in the top right corner) the GUI of the app get’s a bit darker and for five seconds I see it loading and then it all stops and just sits there. I tried the same online and same effect. Not sure what to do next or what could be the cause of the Upgrade not working.

I recently chose not to resubscribe to a team subscription I purchased for my team last September because our company purchased more seats for us on its main Miro account. However, now that the team license I purchased has expired I am not able to access the main account I was added to (both are registered to the same email address). The screen for the team account that expired is locked and not allowing me to switch. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. 

Hi! I am the VP of Operations for a one stop Creative Agency that handles Branding, Web Development and Marketing for Healthcare and Non-profit clients. I have just started at the agency, and up until now the agency has no documented processes or workflows, no documented meetings in place, nothing. I’ve been tasked with creating this structure. I would love to know if someone could help me understand the best way to do this? Thanks! 

I would like a way to count cards that are part of kanban style boards.On the weekly agenda template there is a “to do”/”done” count (see below for screenshot). This is great but it’s position looks as though it impacts Monday only rather than the whole week. I would also like to use this functionality (count of cards etc) on my own templates. I have searched community post but cannot find a way to re-create this myself.Please let me know how this can be re-created. Thank you.   

Hello, I am new here and was hoping you could provide a little bit of help or guidance.  We are finding we are inviting individuals to our boards, but they are somehow managing to sign up for a 7 day trial (which we don’t want).   Is there a way to bypass this so individuals can’t sign up for a 7 day free trial?  Thank you Jodie

こんにちは。 miroのteam Plan（有償プラン）を2seats購入しており、1つのteamで作業をしておりましたが、もう1team作る必要が発生しました。しかし、miroの画面左メニューより、新規teamを作成しようとすると、新規チteam作成にはクレジットカードの登録が必要と表示が出ます。 有償プラン（miro team）を購入しているが、新しいteamを作成するには、再度team plan（有償plan）を購入する必要があるのでしょうか。

Hi, I’d like to add a vote for more features to assist people with visual impairments – severe through to very mild, not just those who are registered blind and/or use screenreaders as their main way of navigating.One person I work has a visual impairment with uses an iPad – can I recommend the ipad app to him?

When I try to use the lasso feature, it would cause the board to be unresponsive and stuck at the lasso feature. Restarting the board undo the crash, however I can’t use the lasso feature at all. Is there any solution to this problem? The lasso bug occured on all methods used to open the board:Using google chrome Windows 10 Using miro app Windows 10 Using miro app Ipad pro (2018) IOS 14.6  

I looked over at my remote partners screen today as he shared on zoom - and his miro board looked different to what I was seeing.   I had created a template, with some arrows that had their edges hidden behind a solid circle, but on his screen they had come to the front and were visible. Has anyone else had this problem? I find it anxiety-inducing as workshop participants might not be seeing the same as what you may be viewing on the screen as facilitator - and if things look terrible (like that did) it affects your reputation and the quality of what you are presenting.

I have created boards and invited the users. One team member shows always up as Guest and not as Invited user. This person cannot register, it has pre-populated website registration with the name of another team member, which is grayed out and cannot sign up. I have tried uninviting this guest and re-inviting, but still shows up as Guest and cannot access. How to get this Guest changed to normal team member?

He! I‘m using Miro on a Teams Plan as Leadership Coach. Currently we are working on a new product and we are quite uncertain of our idea works out with miro. I‘d like to create a single board and share ist with multiple users at the same time. So far, so good. Persons will work on this board at the same time but shall not see the changes of other persons. So basically have a feeling of being alone on the board. Still we need to see the changes/thoughts of each and every person. I‘m quite concerned there is no way of doing so. But maybe there is an idea on how to handle this with least possible effort. Thanks. Doreen

I have been using a standard 16x9 frame ratio, but have wound up with many different sizes throughout the course of my project.  I know there is an obvious answer to this and am feeling dumb...but, how can I make all of my frames the same size (and reduce the size of all the sticky notes on them)? I can drag the size of the frame, but making it smaller just excludes the stuff on them.  Any help greatly appreciated as I’m in a remodeling phase of the project before we start generating again! 

When I click Miro Web Clipper extensions, this message pops-up. How can I fix this?
