Unfortunately it does not. As a workaround you could rotate a text object and place it in your table cell.

If you would like to be able to rotate Table cell text, I could move this post to the Wish List category where it could be upvoted and perhaps one day become an option.

@camposjulianaf - I should also clarify:

So you could create your own text boxes are put them at the start of a Table or copy-and-paste the ones from the Swimlane Diagram template and use those.
