My coworkers cannot signup for Miro

Some of us in my organization can login and access Miro. But some aren’t able to signup. Sign-up link takes the email ID, user name and password and directs into a Single sign-on page which does not belong to my organization. Sign in without SSO is not working. Any ideas on what maybe the issue in signing up? Thanks!

@Surabhi - From your mention of SSO, I assume you are on the either the Business or Enterprise plan. Both of these plans come with access to the Miro support for - you can find out how to access the support form in the following Help Center article:

Additionally, the Enterprise Plan offers paid, premium support.
