I exported a Miro Board to Google drive, and then updated the Miro Board name.  I want to export from Miro, with the new Filename, not rename it in Google Drive. I get the “Already Saved to Google Drive”  prompt - so how do I force a name / doc revision?  

Is there a way to sort the Notes within a board from newest to oldest rather than oldest to newest?We use one board to capture all our quarterly projects. We use the Note section weekly and add notes. Every time I open the Notes section, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to add notes for that meeting. Is there a simple way to sort those newest to oldest?

My company has an enterprise account and I know we can import multiple Azure cards to Miro, but it would be great to bulk import all stories from a feature or all features from an Epic.  Right now, when I start an import, it shows that we can filter by Azure/ADO project, but when I try to do that, there are not options to select.  We have hundreds and hundreds of projects in ADO, so not sure why I have to search by ID number.  This is especially laborious when preparing for PI Planning where we have 12 different teams participating.  It takes forever to get all of the features and stories into Miro.  If we could put in the ID number for the feature and it returns a selectable list of stories that are linked with an option to select all that would save so much time for us!

I would like to know how to change the user's role using the API.

When will Miro be updated on the ipad to work with the M2 Ipad hover feature.  I currently have to turn hover off on ipad to make Miro use the pencil

I have been using OneDrive successfully to embed both Word and Excel into Miro boards. However, every once in a while I run across an Excel file that I cannot embed. When I try to upload it, nothing happens. I can navigate to it, select the file, click Select in the “My Files - One Drive” window, the window closes and nothing happens (normally the file would eventually appear as an item on the board at this point).I tried making a blank file, embedding it (successfully) and the copying the content over. This works but as soon as I do that I lose the ability to refresh the file.Since there is no error message I am not sure where to go with this. Any ideas? I have come across it with a couple of files. Note they are not particularly large (e.g. 640 kb)

Hi Miroverse,After I have updated to iOS15 one of my boards are not opening anymore. It gets stuck in a reload loop. after which it just times out. I am using it on an iPad Pro 12.9” on the Miro app. I have been using this for very long without any problem just after the update I have been experiencing this. Same issue on my iPhone on iOS15.Opening this board on my Mac has no problem.Any ideas?Thanks

Does anyone know if there are formatting options for casing on sticky notes anywhere? I used the sticky notes capture in the Android app and it captured the text well, but also picked up the all caps I was writing in. As I now add to the board, I would like to be able to either:Enter my new notes in lower case or title case and then, in bulk, make them all caps In bulk, change all my captured notes into title or sentence caseI’m defining the cases as: “ALL CAPS”, “Title Casing” and “Sentence casing”

Is it possible to Lock or remove the “author” function on a sticky note.  We are using sticky notes to gather feedback on a meeting and in order to garner honest feedback we would like for the stickies to be anonymous.  Is this possible and if so, how do you do it?! Thanks!

A few months ago I bought the started plan, I could use apps & integrations but now it is not even possible for me to access this function to change an integration I have with Jira cards, does anyone know what happened?

I am looking for a editable 2024 calendar to embed onto one of my boards. Miro has provided one (Annual Calendar 2023 / 2024) but it seems to be incorrect (29th February is not included). This is throwing out all the dates when adding calendar items. I can’t find another one in the templates folder. Can this calendar be fixed or does anyone have ideas for another that could be used? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks so much

Hi there. Was dumbfounded for a while when setting up an airtable → miro card widget Zap in zapier. Setting card color is possible, but requires the hex color code to have a preceding #. That’s fine, but it’s not documented in an easily-accessible way outside of the API docs and not all apps require it. The Miro docs are a bit obtuse for non-developer pro users, and the error returned via zapier was just ‘method argument.’ Searching for that in the API docs didn’t lead me anywhere. Digging around and reading carefully, noticed the need for #, but I recommend making more verbose error codes or being clear about data validation requirements somehow. 400-Bad Request did not make it clear. Thanks for considering.  

Hi, We developed an oAuth integration and other miro users already using it. We want switch to free account, but we are not sure our oAuth app integration will be still available in the app market. Some platforms could remove free accounts after some time.

Hey everyone,I don’t know why I cannot copy items through Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V or share my board. In the first case, nothing happens. In the second one, I got this strange message: Cannot copy or share board: "Cannot read property of undefined (reading: 'title')Does anyone know how to solve? Thanks a lot!

Hello. I am the owner of a team (on an education account) and would like to list the *names* of the people who have created or modified items on one of my boards in my team.Setup: The board is inside a project (= folder), I am the board owner, and three other users are part of the project and therefore have access to the board and have edited it.Problem 1: The Rest API v2 only lists items with user IDs (not names anymore, as it did in v1). I need the names for those users.Problem 2 (potential bug): Rest API v2 user-connections query is supposed to return all board members, but it only lists myself, not the other three users who have access to the board and have already edited it. Shouldn't they also be board members?Problem 3: It looks like with an education account I don't have access to the “list team members” functionality. Any ideas? I have the user IDs of my team members and I need to map them to names.

When I type in mind map and go for more then a line, the zoom percentage decreases to show me the whole mind map - I don’t want it to do this is there a way to turn it off?

Hi there,Some time ago we have found a regression on the SDK v1 that is blocking the usage of our Miro extension "Smart Diagrams". The extension essentially provides a list of pre-built Miro diagrams that can be added to your board, saving time when creating nice-looking boards.However, since a couple of months ago, when users choose a diagram to add to the board it gets added normally, but then if they resize it, all shapes are transformed into squares! This breaks the whole user experience and it's a blocker for users to continue using our extension. Here's a video showing the problem:  I've been in touch with some people from Miro, who confirmed that they could reproduce the problem, but I've never heard back nor this has been fixed. So I'm hoping that the community can help and hopefully the Miro folks can get back to us.Does anyone else have this issue as well? Miro, please help! Good day! I cut pdf files from the book, add them to the board, they do not load and a gray window with an exclamation mark appears. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?Доброго времени суток! Вырезаю файлы пдф формата из книги, добавляю их на доску , они не прогружаются и появляется серое окно с восклицательным знаком. Из-за чего это может быть и как это можно исправить? 

I have seen a couple of these request but I am not seeing anything recent.  I use Miro daily as well as everyone in my global company.   I love the feature that we can add custom colors to our pallet, but we also need to add that functionality to stickies.  

I have got a design sent to me but I cannot figure out how to export objects as css. Things such as colors, fint sizes and font names

We are creating a mobile game and we need to use the icons from Miro. Can we use them? Do I need to indicate copyright?

Are there any consultants (or similar) using a board on new system integration design? If so, what are you using? We have a customer that is utilizing a tech stack in a certain way and we will be proposing a differnt way but need to visually draw comparisons or changes to this design. Any suggestions would be appreciated and very helpful! I’ve discovered that I cannot update tables using the Android app. It appears that full functionality occurs with Miro on the web on my Android phone including full functionality of tables.I’m thinking I’ll use Miro on the web on my Android phone instead of the Android app.Comments?

Hello. I hear Miro generously shows support for Ukraine and thus there has been a possibility for Ukrainian users to get their  plans upgraded for free. Is there still such a possibility? And what is needed for that?I would be grateful for your response. Thanks in advance! 

Hello everybody,I have several boards in a project that all have Word Documents uploaded from a OneDrive folder from my organisation’s account . None of them are updating on the Miro board after edits, it just shows blank documents although they are definitely saving OK.I have used this method of uploading and editing on other boards in a different project, uploaded from documents in my organisaton’s OneDrive account (though from a different folder) and they have worked absolutely fine, refreshing as they should when viewing them on the board. Whether extracting the pages for viewing or not.Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this may be happening?Thanks for your time,Adam
