I am trying to reduce the team size of my company (we were overcharged on our Business Plan subscription). Currently, I am the only admin and I have two guests under our subscription. One of my other colleagues is a paid member and I am trying to demote her to a guest (so that I am the only paid member) but it won’t let me do so. It keeps saying that the team must have at least one admin even though it does (as I stated, I am the admin).
My colleague suggested that this may be due to the fact that she was already an Admin on her own team and it seems that we joined her team (ie when we started our Business Plan subscription, our subscription connected to her existing sales and marketing subscription). Is it possible to move our Business Plan subscription to another team so that it is not connected to her marketing subscription? This way we would be able to have our own separate team in which I am the only paid member.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
