This is SOOO frustrating: I am a consultant. I would like to pay for any level of subscription at all so that I can make my own boards and do some work. I’ve been an invite member of client teams at times. I’m now a visitor/ guest of a client team (whether it is guest or visitor is not indicated; rather there is a message that I am not a part of that team). There is no option to request to be added to their team. There is also no option to create my own team or to view a subscription or to make a new subscription or to upgrade or create a team or a project.For the love of science, will you please take my money so I can use the tool? This is BONKERS! I CAN’T EVEN PAY TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AND GET SOME HELP! 

Hi - I want to be able to use the pen highlighter tool, but have it draw straight lines. I’ve tried the ‘Smart drawing’ tools, but they seem to just draw a solid (non transparent) line. I’ve tried holding Shift and Control, etc, when highlighting, but that doesn’t seem to be supported. Is there a way to draw straight lines using the pen highlighter that I’m missing?! 

My client will not let their data sit outside the US. I have an Azure cloud which I can use to host. Does Miro allow for this type of set-up?

Hello,  Is there a way to create an actionable link in a frame? I am trying to create the links using Web SDK? I would like to create this action in the top corner of the frame, If there are items, I would like to push the items to any, and add the link ThanksSara

I am listed as the Owner of a board and cannot edit it any longer (in this image/the 2nd board, I am Traci and logged into my Miro account as Traci).  I only have 3 active boards in the free account and the board I want to edit, I can no longer edit.   

Today I opened my Miro board and the font size became super large, I’ve never seen such a thing before. Have anyone any idea what could be causing it? Edit:I’m using Brave browser, and I tried turning off all of extensions, but it didn’t helped... 

It’s an absolute standard that on every page i can hide the Browser interface by pressing F11. but in Miro it’s not working. That should be fixed because it’s absolutely important beeing able to switch the fullscreen mode very quickly. Thanks!

Hi, I think this may be an old issue but it is not resolved for me. Eavery time I open Templates and try to edit or load onto the board, it freezes / goes into a loop and I have to refresh the browser to get back to the board. Often it kicks me out of the board altogether. Any help or fix would be appreciated. Cheers!

Hi, I’m on a free Miro plan. I’m trying to delete ex-employees of my business so that they don’t have access to our boards but I can’t find the ability to do this? I’ve looked at the resources that refer to 3 dots that you click on but I only have question marks - help pls! Niki 

Hello! It’s been a while since I last used Miro and I guess there has been some changes and updates. But, there is one thing I can’t find and it’s when creating different boards or elements, it was possible to make it not visible, so in case of running a brainstorming or retro members were not able to see the different elements and be focused on what was discussed. Has this disappeared? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for your help! 

Is there anyway to reorder the Miro Frames? Everytime i rearrange them they set back and appear in a random order. Is this a bug? Any Solutions to ordering Frames?  Cheers

Hi all, Im new to the Miro community.  I have created my free account under my business name BUT, I have discovered that my old operations manager had created an account under our business and her now inaccessible email address.  She is also the ADMIN. How can she be removed?

Преподаватели нашей школы регистрировались, как educators по условиям плана. Сейчас в команде также менеджеры школы и ученики, которые проходили по ссылке-приглашению. Команде в данный момент доступны только 3 активные доски, а в условиях плана Education указано, что количество активных досок не ограничено. Как понять, будет ли подключен план, правильно ли была зарегистрирована команда?Можно ли отдать права админа не преподавателю, а другому члену команды (менеджеру школы, например)?Буду признательна за ответ и любую помощь!

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как узнать, будет ли изменен план с Free на Education?В инструкции сказано, что рассмотрение заявки может занять до 10 дней. Как узнать, подана ли нами заявка?Преподаватели нашей школы регистрировались по форме заявки “Apply as educator”. Но мы пока не знаем, активируется ли нужным нам план.  

Hi there,I’m currently  trying  to migrate the Field plugin to Web SDK v2 and having trouble to position Sticky Notes in a Frame once I have added the Sticky Note as a Child using the frame->add() method.I have created a simple example on a freshly created Board to demonstrate the unexpected behavior. I recorded a little loom video. Please have a look at what I am doing in the web developer toolbar. It’s wired, that the Sticky Note is displayed outside the frame. I would love to get some help here: What am I missing? Team Miro - can someone please point me to a working example, where a Sticky Note is first added to a frame, and then positioned inside the frame?Thanks in advance! 

I am not able to login to my miro account using desktop app in mac and also the browser. It is taking me back to the login page every time i attempt to login. Please let me know what to do.

After a desktop update, I was logged out of all devices.Unable to login at all, tried everythingGoogle login for @gmail user Cache reset Password setting via reset password & trying normal login different devices (Mac / Windows) Different browser (Edge / Safari / Brave)I’ve a SUPER IMPORTANT PRESENTATION & all INTERVIEW PREP saved in my board.Everything DUE TO TOMORROW!!! CAN SOMEONE HELP??

Unable to Log into Miro Board. Its stuck in Sign in page. Tried multiple times. No luck

Can’t log in on any device using any account or after any troubleshooting. At my wits end here. I’ve attempted to log into miro on my mac using chrome, safari, the miro mac app, I’ve tried my PC desktop, tried chrome and microsoft edge and the pc app. I tried resetting my password, clearing cache data, updating browsers, updating apps and even creating a new account to try on both computers.I even tried logging in on the chrome and safari apps on my iphone using cellular data to make sure there wasn’t anything funky happening with my internet connection. None of these are working.Help is needed

Hi, my team uses the Miro MacOS app, and we (daily) need a better way of getting select artboards or objects that live in multiple Sketch files into Miro. For example, we have UI designs and illustrations that live within Sketch files that are used for product design workshops that use Miro for collaboration and product development.    We don’t need to have artboards synced or linked from Sketch to Miro - but just need the ability for Miro to accept selected and copied objects - and/or artboards - and paste them into Miro as an image. We’d rather not resort to exporting from Sketch, or having to take a screenshot of the Sketch artboard and bringing it into Miro, which is the current painful workflow.    Is there an obvious way to copy & paste artboards or objects from Sketch directly into Miro that we’re missing? Many thanks.

When opening a publicly shared board in the mobile browser (Android 13, Chrome or Firefox), the screen is overlayed and shows a defunct field “{{InputPlaceholder}}”. The board itself can not be moved or zoomed. Tried with different boards.      

Hi Community!I would like to know if there is a way to easily create electrical block schemes with Miro. I need just basics shapes connected together, what I am currently missing is some utility like the possibility to create bypassing cables like this one:  

npx create-miro-app@latest crashes with the following error: Unexpected error. Report it as a bug, so we can look into it:                        TypeError: t.replaceAll is not a function It doesn't depends on the options I choose, it fails all the time. I am using Node version 14.21.1 and NPM version 6.14.17 on Ubuntu 22. I tried different create-miro-app versions and 1.8.0 is the most recent that works.
