Are other people experiencing the same issue?Copy and Paste are also not working,even though they used to work fine.

Hello, I use miro on my pc with a Wacom One board and pen. Since around the middle of november a keyboard popup has begun appearing every time I use any of the ‘pencil’ tools (pen, highlighter, eraser) selecting them with the Wacom pen. It dosn’t happen using the mouse. Is this an update or a bug? How do I disable this option? I’m constantly closign the popup and it’s very annoying and distracting. Thanks,Serena Bucelli

Nie mam konta, bo jestem tylko pracownikiem, a z portalu Miro korzysta zarząd, a nie bee napisał do prezesa po zaświadczenie, szczerze mówiąc niedopuszczalne jest, aby nie było możliwości skontaktowania się i uzyskania takich danych przez pracownika formularza.

Is there a way to move a board from one enterprise to another? There are multiple companies in my organization and I want to move a board from one to the other. When I attempt to move the board to a project it only shows me the list of projects from the enterprise where the board was created. 

Hi guys,The feedback survey form pops on top of the controls, and hide buttons such as “Return to Scott” when presenting.This is really confusing for users when I’m telling them to “Return to Scott” and a popup asking them about their experience is covering it.Please can you either allow us to disable these popups on our accounts / presentations, or move it somewhere more sensible so it’s not interfering with the interface. 

Hi All! Is is possible to create tabs in a Miro board? The idea is to have multiple boards in one document that are accessible with tabs at the bottom of the page like those that are found in Excel for example. Thanks!

Good afternoon, on December 21, I discovered that two of my boards (there were more, but these two are the most important) were deleted. At that time, the tariff was free, I read about similar cases and decided to upgrade the tariff in order to see them in the cart.After paying for the tariff, I discovered that the boards were neither in the cart nor in my favorites, where they had definitely been before.There is also no button to restore boards by following links. I sent the link to one of the students. When the plan was free, it had a similar message that the board was deleted, after the upgrade a more interesting message appeared that the owner must confirm the request to join the board.So the question is, who is the owner if not me?The support referred to security reasons and did not want to give me information about the ‘administrator’. Every time I get a link to a miro board the link opens in my browser. Stop doing that! I have the desktop app installed. Open the miro board in the app.!!

Hi, I had been a Miro user for 2 years and had a paid account with the last company. There are a number of boards created under the last company company but now it is downgraded to a free account. I had set up a new paid account with my new company. Are there ways I can transfer those board to this new account?

Hey! I have recently created and published templates to the Miroverse. In hindsight, there are a few things I would change within these templates. My question: Can already published templates be edited without losing views and likes, or would I have to re-publish them?Thanks for your answers! 

When I created an account Miro has served up two teams as a suggestion and I joined one. There I created a mind map. Then I figured it’s a wrong team and left. I joined a new one and than realized I lost access to my board. So I left second team to go to the first one - but now I can’t figure out how do I find it???It’s not on the left any more. Super weird UX :(.

Hej, we are many people collaborating on the same board and I am not the owner of the board.Today I was adding content and as I was pasting a picture, that accidentally replaced one picture my colleague had added in December. As usual, I press ctrl+Z to undo, but nothing happened. I pressed the undo arrow on the board, nothing happened. My colleague, who initially pasted this picture, tried to undo. Nothing. I went into the history of the board and tried to undo my actions from the last minutes. Nothing. Then I contacted the owner of the board, and she tried the history but couldn’t replace the picture either. We also thought about going back to another version, but we only had one from yesterday 09:18 and today 12:16 - I made my error 11:48 - so we didn’t dare to change version since we might have deleted others work as well (some added stuff there yesterday, after the version was created).I have been working in Miro since the pandemic started, so I have some experience of damage hand

I was looking into building a plugin (Web or via REST both options are on the table) that tracks dates when cards are being moved around on the Kanban board. It looks like I can save some custom data under “metadata” : “app_id” { … } but I couldn’t find the way to query which column does the card belong. Is there a way in JavaScript or in Rest API to query which column does the card belong to on the board?

 Hello everyone. 2 days ago after the January 6th update I saw miro had deleted some of my old projects and it had dublicated some projects from two different accounts. Which was weird. Today I have NO BOARDS in ANY ACCOUNT I HAVE IN MIRO BOARD. Please explan what the duck is going on. You don’t know how valuable and organised Information I had in there….

We have a Miro board that is open to a large group. is it possible to trace a given comment on the board back to the person that made it?

Just started back at school today and I always present my board with the pen tool activated to write but today when I selected the pen during class it wouldn’t give me the options to choose color or pen width.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a fix?

На тот момент тариф был бесплатным, я прочитала о похожих случаях и решила апгрейднуть тариф, чтобы посмотреть их в корзине.После оплаты тарифа я обнаружила, что досок нет ни в корзине, ни в избранном, где они точно раньше были. Кнопки восстановить доски, переходя по ссылкам, тоже нет. Я отправила ссылку одному из учеников. Когда тариф был бесплатным, у него было аналогичное сообщение, что доска удалена, после апгрейда появилось более интересное сообщение о том, что запрос на присоединение к доске должен подтвердить владелец.Так вот вопрос, а кто владелец, если не я?В поддержке сослались на security resons и не захотели мне давать данные об ‘админе’. Так же посоветовали посмотреть по сообщениям, кто отправлял мне приглашение присоединиться. Hi there-I am working off of a diagram where owners of steps of the process are differentiated by shape- is there a way to create different views by shape? I tried grouping shapes but it keeps grouping all the different shapes together.

Hi,we have a fairly large organisation and we create content on multiple platforms (Confluence, Github, GDrive, Miro). We are currently building a federated search application to allow our employees to search across all relevant content repositories.We currently index content on Github, Confluence and would like to add content in our Miro org to our index. Is there some sort of API Miro offers to allow external search indexing bots to index their content, or perhaps something more specific to Elasticsearch, since it is the technology we happen to use?

For our app (3074457347393893408; status “Draft”), we go through the OAuth flow, and receive an access token.Yet, the token is expired: “expires_at” is the current timestamp and “expires_in” is set to 0. We also don’t receive a refresh_token.Interestingly, the option “Expire user authorization token” is deactivated in the admin UI.Do you have any advice what might cause this? 

Hi! How can I look an acitvity card inside a table (the lock is hidden as soon as I bring the card into the table)? I can only lock them outside the table.

Greetings,I really like Miro and I’d like to use it as my knowledge hub, but I need a robust text searching:Is there a global search option, so that I can search for a string of text across ALL the boards and the projects? Does Miro searches inside my documents, such as PDFs, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, documents I embed from Google Drive?Or: how do I find things inside those documents? Any workaround?Thank you?
